This company gets zero stars! Purchased $3,800 worth of tile and received defective, cracked, and wrong product within my order. They realized that part of my order went to another customer whom left my tile in the rain! They wanted me to sign a release of liability stating there was no water damage, but I refused as they cant guarantee that! Now the company refuses to take responsibility and exchange/return the product. Very poor customer service and fraudulent business! I highly recommend using another company for your project! Showed up on time and was pleased they would travel to Mariposa. Pleasant showroom experience, they took me to best product to suit our needs and was able to quickly select some color choices. Install was professional, crew was clean, polite and efficient. They moved furniture and treated it gently both in moving it out and back in again. Very pleased with the final appearance and quality of install as we have a unique curved edge carpet that was tricky to navigate. Will definitely purchase from them again!

These folks do a FANTASTIC job. They have put new carpet in two of our bedrooms in the last two months and both jobs were perfect. Their sales people are knowledgeable and friendly, their installers are professional and FAST and their prices are right on point. They will absolutely be carpeting the rest of our rooms as we need them done in the coming months.If I had to complain about anything (which I cant), it would be that they couldnt do our jobs immediately, they made us wait one whole week both times. Ha! 😂 Im grateful they squeezed us in so quickly. Schedule them ahead of time if you are on a tight schedule. They do such great work, you want these guys to be on your projects!!!

They installed the most beautiful hardwood floors on my new home I just purchased. The workers were absolutely professional and when they ran into any issues they explained it and came up with solutions. We love the hardwood and carpeting we purchased from Carpet One. The hardwood has held up to a 100 pound lab and still looks gorgeous. The carpet is soft and well padded. I wasn’t sure what to install In our home, and Dave understood the look I wanted. He led me to all the right products. I would definitely go back to them for all of my flooring needs.

Called this place to request an estimate to repair a small piece of carpet Sales person said it would cost $350.00 just to come out and give me an estimate. The repair was a 2 - 3 foot piece of carpet that needed a piece of padding and reattached to the track. Obviously did not want to be bothered with a small job.

I had a wood floor installed at a cost of more than $10000.The floor buckled 3 years later. The company gave me a quote of $10000 to put in a new floor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I was given ample support when picking out a product for our floors and my positive experience continued when Dave, the store owner, assisted us with taking measurements & providing a bid. The bid provided for our job and the readiness to start our project was by far the best in the area - including options in the Bay Area and those near Sacramento. This also rang true with the other larger box stores in the area. Their bid for product and readiness to start work did not compete with what was offered by United.The teams’ response to us was always consistent and done with an excellent level of customer service. We had a job that lasted several, long weeks but you wouldn’t have known as the installation crew provided diligent work effort. The guys who helping with the demo and installation, including Joey, Andrew and Nate are kind, courteous and hard working.
