These guys went above and beyond when I had them upgrade my system. They even sent me pictures of the progress along the way. So cool to see what things look like and what work they are doing. I ended up going with replacing my factory amp, replacing all 14 speakers in my car, and adding a DSP. This momma is happy!

This place was awesome. Fixing up my 2001 Tacoma ran into some problems with the speakers I bought and they ended up upgrading me no extra charge. Plus they put my DVD player in custom to fit my old toy. They were super nice as well.

I couldnt ask for more from this place. Nick and his lead installer Greg and company are extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and have gone beyond their scope for me on multiple occasions to deliver on time. It really is impressive how much they all know how to do as a shop - for my truck build theyve helped me build everything from interior /exterior LED lighting, custom audio head unit+speaker/sub solution, roofrack and rooftop tent install, LED light bars, all the way to complete dual battery/alternator electrical system swap out. I am still not complete with everything, but these guys are my one stop shop for everything possible and they always go out of their way to get something done for you, sometimes at their own inconvenience.But what I love most about this place, is that they have a family type vibe. Always respectful when they speak to you, always flexible with suggestions/solutions/opinions, rework, etc it feels so casual and chill to come by talk.Its a breath of fresh air this day and age, Ive had countless experiences locally with sleazy salesmen, unprofessional work only to pay for the rework, damage to my vehicle etc. Ive seen it all, and these guys are the exact opposite... For a change!Highly recommend you check these guys out if you want the service and solutions without all the stress!

Turnable customer service by the owner himself. Terrible job installing my stereo, I Had to remove face plate just to remove the plastic the installer left on the face. And also had to adjust the rear view camera they left face to the sky.

[Updated Review]I had originally come here looking for a new stereo system that works better with my Android phone, and was given a recommendation which I took. Unfortunately, android auto is just atrocious - so my initial review was less favorable. After coming to terms that Android Auto is a google problem, I actually decided to get a new phone and finally be done with Google. The stereo deck now works flawlessly with my new phone. I also had them install a dash cam and back-up camera which work great and are pretty nifty. A few weeks later I did have issues with the camera on my rear window coming loose, which they had corrected for me at no charge. They also did see I struggled with my new system at first and had a small chip in my dash, but were very accommodating with all my issues. Chris, Jace, Nick, and Richard are awesome guys who will make you feel confident in your purchase and walk you through it all.[Original Review]I asked for a stereo system with more functionality, reliability, and ease of use for my Galaxy S8+ and still had a CD player and I was given a recommendation - so I took it. Right after leaving I tried the phone functionality. Come to find that this system doesnt have my phone on its compatibility list, which is ironic because they ask for your phone model prior to doing installation. While my phone still works with the device somewhat, it still hick-ups more than Id like. Unfortunately thats more of Android Autos fault. The mic they installed also didnt work, which youd think is something theyd double check before letting you drive off. They replaced it at no charge thankfully. I also had them install a dash cam and back up camera. These both work without much issue and they look nice, the back up camera doesnt have any guide lines though, and no warning system. Hardly what youd expect when you ask for a backup cam. Also, they left a chip in my dashboard and tried not to say anything about it. When I brought it up, all I got was a simple apology.

These people used my 2017 F3500 for three hours and used 5 gallons of Diesel fuel out of my truck, left catch up on the foot Rail to get into the truck, left the mirrors adjusted for someone other than myself. Left the passenger seat in the fully reclined position . And also left the sunroof completely open And it was closed when I dropped it off . Had burnout marks on their driveway which this is the Dooley so there are not too many dooley that Can leave burnout marks that I didn’t see you when I came into the business earlier in the morning when I dropped it off . If you don’t mind people taking a joyride in your vehicle when you leave it for work to be done this is a great place to take your vehicle ! As for me I don’t like anyone driving in my car other than myself

Ive purchased an alarm system, two stereos with backup cams, and had a dashcam all installed here. Richard and Nick are both very friendly and very knowledgeable with the various products and all the little details and add-ons that may be needed. They have everything stocked and ready when your appointment arrives, and probably the best part is the mechanics are super competent. Nice installs on all four jobs! Overall, a great local place to go for your car accessories.

I had an absolutely terrible experience here. I payed $350 to get the wiring run on my basic stereo and it worked for a day and then quit working. I came in to get it fixed and they did but this time it worked for 5 min. I came in a third time to get it fixed and they tried to charge me to look at the work that they did. When I told the manager Richard that i wasn’t paying more he got an attitude with me and began to insult me on haveing “cheap” equipment and cussed at me. I would not recommend this place.

The customer service here is atrocious. My nephew took his car in to get a very basic stereo re wired. The first time they replaced the wires it worked for a day, he took it back, they fixed it and it worked for 5 minutes. My nephew went in for a 3rd time and the manager was extremely disrespectful and cursed the entire visit. He demanded more money just to look at what THEY did wrong and started insulting him about his cheap stereo if its such a basic stereo why is it so hard for this place to fix it? You charged 350 dollars for this, fix your wrongs. I was looking forward to hearing about my nephews experience as we need a new stereo for our boat and a tint job done but I guess Ill have to go elsewhere!
