Went in for 2 new tires and to have a 3rd tire repaired was told nothing was wrong with the third tire but when I went to leave I noticed the tire was still low checked the psi 30 pounds asked the guy whats up with the low psi went back into the store to talk to a manager when this employee asks me if I had any questions I said yeah whats up with that tire still being low he tells me no problem we will fix it well I tell him there is a problem I should feel safe and comfortable leaving this store I shouldnt have to check the tire psi after a professional mechanic has just finished working on our family vehicle this has been the store I have gone to for the last 5 years or so very disappointed

They are recommended by other shops since they could get jobs done but others cant. They have proved with their quality work, quick, honest, professional, and fair price.

After 11 days, i had to bring my car back; the new front brakes put on by Les Schwab were squeeling & grinding although they said theyd flipped my rotors & ground them, they had rust on the edges. It was terrible, my car was grinding away & feeling like brakes were gone, when theyd just been replaced! Under warranty, of couse, so we went back only to have to deal with Brandon, who said he was the manager. He was very condescending & kept talking over us. I had to tell him to back off & listen to me, as he was giving us attitude & he needed to remember that we were the customers. They ended up redoing the rotors but now say that my rear brakes are nearly metal on metal, but 11 days earlier during their inspection the back brake pads were 2/3 which is considered good and far better than the front brakes which I had them replace. I will NEVER go back to them again, unless, more warranty work on my brakes is needed. I now need an inspector that I can trust to tell me what is really going on. I went in for routine maintenance & now, I have problems that must be reliably diagnosed by anyone other than Les Shwab. I am so disappointed in them.

$390 for a set of tires for 15 inch rims. Thats not too bad. Then they come out with this quote that my rotor and brakes are bad and which I knew already. $550. No way. I changed them myself for $25 for the brakes and the rotor did not need to be replaced. It just had some slight wear and tear on it. No big deal

They were very helpful and explained what I could do and the price was what I could afford. I would definitely recommend anyone to talk with them. Im actually taking my car back to get some more done in two weeks. There great and feel safe driving my car after their service. Check them out.

Overall, good repair services, but being transparent to all ethnic groups definitely needs to be improved. The customer services I received during this visit was totally uncalled for. The camera in the waiting room should have the proof. Disappointing, but Ill be coming back. Equal customer services will be expected next time.

I purchased 4 new tires for my truck about 6 months ago, so tires are still under warranty had an unfortunate situation to where my tire was damaged, brought the truck in to see if it’s warranty’d and it was, my issue was the professionalism there, I was told my truck would be ready and i would get a call, showed up to my truck parked out front with windows down, keys in it, didn’t like that at all, another thing my interior driver side door handle was broken, last my tire pressure was still low after the service, was not pleased with this visit....

As a business owner myself, its easy to find LACK OF PERSONAL SERVICE these days. Was very impressed with the whole staff from front office to technician Troy who did the wrenching. EXCELLENT SERVICE BEGINNING TO END . They were my 3rd attempt at getting what I needed done. Quite alot and all done exactly when they said it would be. KUDOS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

No charge to do a diagnostic. I thought I had problems with my front bearing but come to find out it was my front diff. They said I need tires cause the ones I have are cupping. But they didnt want me to get the tires till I got the diff. Done first. This is whats so great about them. Wanting the most important item fixed first even if that means no business for them. Thats why I always go back.

John was very helpful, took time to assist us with faulty tire valves.Location was easy to find and ready access with a larger fifth wheels trailer.Some with John as he fixed tired and found out he was from my hometown in Washington, pretty cool.Tire prices are high for what I needed, found a tire for 100 dollars cheaper at competitor.I really do like less Schwab for service though, fast and friendly!

Came in for an alignment for a 06 Prius. Fair prices, amazing service and super clean waiting lobby. Only waited about half an hour and now my car runs like new! No shaking or vibrations enough. I am definitely a returning customer now!

They have great customer service from the time that we walked in .They gave us the information that we needed.They didnt try to force us to buy anything I was very impressed. I was also amazed at how they cater to the public with a coffee and popcorn they have a cute little popcorn machine in there looks as though they make it fresh every day cool if you have kids that need to wait around we all know how hard it is to take care of kids and I think thats great that they cater to the young children

I came in because I had flat tire that needed to be fixed. Napoleon was very friendly and professional, as well as the hardest working person I’ve ever seen at a tire shop. Because of this shop’s excellent work ethic, and superb customer service, I would return to this Les Schwab for service in the future, even though there are several stores closer to me as I live over half an hour away. The shop itself was also very clean (including the restrooms) and comfortable for waiting. Thanks again.

Came in to get two tires installed. Rep that helped me A+. Very friendly, unsure why he aint manager. Turns out it was manager working on my car, i returned while manager was torquing down the lugs, i ask what you torquing it to, he stated 125lb. I said 145lb please. Then he got very snobby with me.I walked away. Paid my bill, then left home. I had to return after finding they never put my chrome valve caps back on, i called, same rep doing a great job to make things better, all i wanted were my caps back. At return, rep came to my car and install, apologizing for what happened. Would I return? Aiming towards no. Don’t let my experience change your thoughts of them. Maybe the guy was having a bad day.

The team had it fixed and placed back on my car with in 30min plus they cleaned up the mess I had made with my spare tire. The best part was it was all totally free!!!! Best morning ever!!!!

Checked for some tires and repair under recommendation of a friends advise. I called my friend, repair was not possible to many nails and low thread...getting new tires didnt happen.My friend was not happy with the situation. So, I went else where on friends suggestion. Mind you I had a good experience they were friendly and pretty quick to give me all the information needed regarding new tires.

We were coming from Texas on our way to Olema CA. We noticed one of our RV tires was low on air. We pulled into Les Schwab Tire Center in Merced. They got us in right away, found the nail in our tire, fixed us up and we were on our way. Great service and great customer service. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you John!

They provide outstanding customer service, are knowledgeable, and provide quality work in a short time. They went the extra yard in prioritizing a flat change for me so I could catch a plane in Bay Area, when another tire shop on Olive needed to finish their coffee.

After taking my car in on May 24th for an alignment the Tec there Brandon told me that my left front tire was at a -3 degrees off and would require a cam kit to properly align it. He did not have the part in stock but would find it and give me a call. That was Friday. Monday was a Holiday so I called him on Tuesday. He was off on that day so I left a message with another employee to let him know I was trying to find out if he had made any progress on finding the kit. I went on line and ordered the part which I had the next day. I waited until Saturday and returned to The store to have it installed and my car aligned. Brandon then proceeded to tell me that he needed a bushing that he didn’t have but could have by the following Tuesday. He now also claimed I needed 2 cam kits. When only the left side was at a -3. Needless to say I left there drove strait to Big O tires where they did a fabulous job and had me back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks Les Schwann. I will not be directing any business your direction.

John fixed my 2008 F150 after three attempts by a competitor. The steering had always felt dangerous on my truck and had been returned for service on three occasions to the competitor. All three times I was told the alignment was OK. The truck would want to jump off of the road on even small bumps and it was a terror on wet roads. After one visit and telling John what was happening he went to work and found the problem. The truck now stays on the road and drives like it should. Thanks John!

Was greeted with wonderful customer service to replace my master brake cylinder. Next day had some issues with my brake foot pedal getting stiff. On third day, my brake issue eventually resulted in getting my car towed as the brakes locked up. My son replaced my brake pads and rotors before towing my car back to Les Schwab (receipts as proof). It was clear they didnt want to adress my car problem or did not want to believe me that the issues of brake locking/stiffness happened after their repairs and prior to my sons work as they conveyed the issue was likely due to my sons mechanical work. They even noted in their work comments for their history that issues were after new brake install meaning after my sons work which is false and repeatedly told to them. My lesson learned is that I should have taken the car back to them as soon as possible but I didnt know the stiff foot pedal was going to be an issue and I didnt have the time to leave work for this nor did I ever think I would have to prove such a situation. I dont normally leave reviews however I do rely on them heavily and Im not okay with how my situation was handled.
