This place has come a long way Ive been shopping in this store for close to 25 years. They have great meat packs. And they also carry turkey legs and crawfish. They do have a lot of seafood as well its kept in the freezer.

Staff are happy and it shows in their service. My favorite item is a homemade cup of fruit that costs < $2

The cuts of meat look fresh no dark or old marks on it-- the fish Ceviche is super good has the right amount of 🔥 fire for me. Next Ill purchase the other shrimp cocktail and aguachiles that they have, it looks very tasty. The Man tending to the counter was very nice and polite. Its been awhile since I shopped in this neighborhood market. Its a definite historical place. It has been in the same location since I was a little girl. So if you dont feel like making your own cocktail or ceviche. I recommend them. Im a picky eater when it comes to Mexican cuisine. 😊😀

Food Center is an older store, with an old world Meat Market yes the area is a little rough around the store but the inside of the store is always clean and the people are friendly. Moe Yaya and his father Albert will always greet you by name thats a quality of service that you dont get too often in this day and age, and its very much appreciated. good meats fresh produce and you can pay your bills theyre also great choice overall.

Expired products is all that they sell. Dont buy from this place. If you do always check the expiration date.

Hadnt been there in more than 10 yrs! It was much clraner & brighter than i remember it. The meat was fresh & well prepared. It was convenient from the area i was at that day, Id go there again, if im in the vicinity & need something.

I get a 22 - 35 pound variety box of meat. They call within 1 hr for me to pick up very good price for the meat box and less than 100 most of the time. Very good quality of meat also they speak not the best English they are always busy doing something. I will give them my business always
