Great experience from start to finish. I reached out to a couple of printing companies looking for an estimate on a large vinyl banner. Maida from Minuteman responded right away and was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I was told the banner would be ready in about three business days and they were spot on. The morning of the third day I got the call that the banner was ready and I couldnt be happier with it. Great quality, great customer service, great prices. I will definitely use Minuteman Press for any future printing needs. Just as an aside, the other company I reached out to got back to me three days after I originally reached out, after I had already picked up my finished banner from Minuteman. Prompt, friendly, and helpful customer service makes all the difference in my books.
