Clean store good selection helpful staff. Much like most retailers of the sort; steep prices unless you shop the sales

The cashier was very nice. I had coupons, a reward voucher, and a printed gift card that didnt have a barcode. She was nice and patient.

Funky store way in back of mall. Place seems a bit sad. But had great sales and helpful people. Lots of a bit of everything for your arts and crafts. Great clearance prices and lots to pick from.

Theres always seasonal specials and most times you dont have to wait until the end or after a festivity. Mostly always stocked well.

Ok, this year my fall colors are navy blue, rust, maroon, yellow, green and orange. Michaels had everything 40 percent off. We saved so much money we went back for a second time in the same day. So the moral of the story is, if you like to saveGo to Michaels. Enjoy!!!

Place is not as popping as it used to be. Price is also higher than other craft store.

Love the customer service at the Michaels in Merced. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. And so are the other customers, always seems I run into friendly and helpful humans. And i like the sales and discounts given, it always feels like im getting a great deal.

My favorite place to be had a good selection of stuff I wanted and was a very clean store people were very very nice.

Michaels is a wonderful place. It is always full of delights for this crafter! I can always find what I am looking for and even things I never knew that I needed. Recently, I was searching for a mirror-type of paper for a school bulletin board. I searched everywhere. I found it at Michaels. I should have checked there first since this happens a lot. Michaels always has my back.

Prices are high sometimes but there is almost always a discount or coupon to save money. My only criticism is the staff isnt as knowledgeable on how their inventory can be used. Customer service that matters, every time I walk in here I feel welcome and at home. The store is well stocked and very well cleaned. Every employee is ready and willing to help, most of the time you dont even have to ask, as they will come to you, proactively asking if you need help, finding anything, and they will go out of their way to help, even suggesting other stores if they dont carry it.

I was just amazed going to Michaels. Dog was a great help to me find what I needed. He even did some of the leg work for me since Im handicapped. It would be nice though If you had motorized carts for us.

I love this store! Associates are very knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to assist. Items are well stocked. They are always promoting great diy projects. I recently placed a special order. I ordered a frame for my diploma. I have never done this before and they were very nice to explain all the steps and assisted me in selecting the best options. Nothing but good things about this location.

An employee called over the loud speakers for a manager to check the cameras while i was the only one shopping in the surveiled jewelry/beading section. Really didnt appreciate basically being accused of stealing so i put my items back and didnt buy anything...
