I’m very pleased with the service I received with Pro Appliance. I was extremely frustrated looking for a washer/dryer set from Lowe’s to Home Depot! After speaking with the service team, they helped me get exactly what I was looking for at a very affordable price compared to my other stops. They delivered and hooked everything up it was smooth sailing, I appreciate their genuine attitude and helpfulness. I went from frustration to being happy! Not to mention how pretty my machines are an work amazing. Thank you Pro Appliance
Here is what happens to your appliance after pro appliance has been to your home. You have to take it to the dump and by a new unit. I tried to talk to the company after Cameron came to my home. Had another company come out and take a look at the unit and Cameron did not put parts back into my machine after changing the timer and the timer he took out had a cam on it that actuated the soap dispenser the parts he didnt put back on the timer our on back order do to Corona virus... so after being without my dishwasher for a year I replaced it with a new unit. No thanks to pro appliance. I have tried to call and speak with other but the office doesnt let that happen and say o well to any issue I had
Would be cautious ⚠️ when dealing with the office.Pro Appliance almost missed our repair appointment. Worse part, we never knew what was going on around the end of the appointment window and thought we were forgotten. What we later found was how the office never communicated to our technician how our appointment was added. Therefore our tech was not aware we were added to his route. What really set badly with me is, when I had called earlier in the day to check the status of the technicians arrival. I was told best case was 30 minutes before the end of the time window. When that time arrived and there was no technician communication, I called the office. The office was CLOSED with nobody available to provide an update. It had seemed they have appointments after they no longer have someone available to contact in the event anything might go wrong. This was incredibly frustrating. They didnt even have the courtesy to provide me an update before they closed to let me know the technician status whether that meant the tech wouldnt make it or how late he was running behind. My issue with Pro Appliance is the lack of communication. This caused us to be in the dark and have no clue what was going on wit our appointment and the fact that office was closed and there was no way to contact the tech, this was completely upsetting and unacceptable.Flip side, our technician Dan was awesome although be ran behind without us having a clue and still made it to our appointment. My advice. If you do business with Po Appliance, stay on top of the office staff and get a guarantee on the information you received. That way if you need to later, you can hold them accountable.
I bought a speed queen. My family is really happy with purchase. Washer is excellent not like those from Home Depot or Lowe’s we’re there only last 3 years. Pro appliance recommended a speed queen, pro appliance help me make the right purchase and great customer service. Highly recommend a speed queen and Pro appliance for your next purchase. Great job!’n
I scheduled an appointment for a week out since that was their soonest available. While messing with the parts I initially thought were broken I realized I could probably fix it myself. I let them know that I thought I had fixed it but that I’d like to run the machine to verify and would let them know asap. My appointment was immediately cancelled with attitude and I was told to call back to reschedule if I needed further assistance. It wouldn’t have hurt them to hold off on cancelling my next week’s appointment for an hour while I figured out if I had, indeed, fixed it. Anyway, turns out Sanchez Appliance charges less for the visit and diagnosis so if what I did doesn’t work I will be calling them instead.
We have an old Whirlpool washing machine that was making a horrible sound during spin cycle, and we wanted to repair it rather than replace it. I made several repairs myself but they didnt seem to fix the problem, so I phoned Pro Appliance and they came out within a few days and replaced the transmission. But there still seemed to be some issues, so they came out again and put in a second transmission. We ran the machine and it seemed to be okay, but it was hesitating to change between cycles correctly, and the service rep John recommended that I talk to Victor who is an expert on the older machines.I was going to either put in additional mechanical parts into the machine or have Appliance Pro do it, and it was going to be expensive, so I talked to Victor and he came out (third visit to our place) and we ran the machine through the cycle with a full load and he told me that the mechanical parts of the machine were functioning correctly and wouldnt need any additional mechanical parts, but that the timer on the control panel was starting to wear out which would be the reason for the machine not cycling correctly. He told me a trick to extend the life of the timer by selecting one of the other cycles, and said that if the timer did completely fail, it was an easy repair that I could do myself in about five minutes.I was so impressed with John, Victor and the Pro Appliance business. They came to my house three times to make sure that I was satisfied, and did not charge for a second or third service call. Victor pointed out the problem with the timer and recommended that I did not need to put in more expensive mechanical parts into the machine. He could have easily told me that I needed additional repairs. This is an honesty you dont see in most businesses today, and I was very impressed. I will use Pro Appliance in the future and will recommend them to my family and friends. They are an honest, trustworthy company.
Awesome and speedy service
Linda is completely unprofessional and she is the manager there. Where do I even begin? I called three times and was placed on hold for a long time and eventually when to voicemail. I finally spoke with her and asked why my appointment was rescheduled without a 24 hour notification. They were suppose to be fixing an appliance today and NEVER gave any information that it was rescheduled. She was completely nonchalant about why it was rescheduled since they are a third party provider for Sears. She was completely unpleasant and cancelled my appointment. Good riddance, didnt want to use their company anyway!
Contacted Pro Repair for fixing dishwasher. The technician Victor is a very experienced person. The service charge also seemed to be very reasonable. They accept credit/debit card for payments which is great too.
Honest, fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this place. John was my technician, solved my issue fast. And I wish I remembered who I spoke to on the phone who made my appt but she was so nice!
Pro appliance has been servicing my appliances for years and I am always happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone. Great Service!
They always have what I need and the service is amazing. The staff is great. Would definitely recommend for all appliance needs
Over priced parts. I went to get a heating element for my whirlpool dryer that went bad last week. They were asking almost $100 for a heating element. I bought the same heating element for $45. Its 2019 and parts are available online for dirt cheap. I dont mind paying little bit extra for all the convenience but sorry I cant pay $100 for a heaing element They have good customer service though.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff sold me parts for my dryer, same price as Amazon and they had them in stock
Wonderful service
