Girl at the register was extremely rude and had a major attitude problem. Refused to work and made me do her job for her. Why is she being paid while Im the one doing her job? She made me scan my own items, didnt offer me a bag, and said if I wanted my receipt Id have to get it myself. Unbelievable.

Food is good, usually good service... except for the girl that works in the evenings. She obviously has no idea what’s she’s doing and she’s been working there for a while. Someone in management needs to sack up and fire her already!

Whoever you had working the food on October 14,2020 in the rt 306 store is the slowest lady ever. Its not the first time either. I waited 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich the excuse she gives is Im back here by myself but the store wasnt packed. People ordered after me and got their food before me. She makes me late for work almost everytime she is back there. She dont know how to multitask at all. Get a better cook put her on register because she is awful.

This is the slowest Convenience Store around. 15 minutes between waiting in line to check out and getting a breakfast burrito. Un-real... How are you going to have 2 people working when the morning Rush comes in? Makes absolutely no sense.Should have been in and out in 5.

Went to get fuel and when I was finished I tried 3 different sanitizers and not one was in working condition. With covid 19 so prevelent now I was under the impression that Get Go was sanitizing pumps. NOT SO!!!

Donna was amazing. She provided great customer service was very attentive. Went above and beyond. Kudos to Donna

I really like coming here in the AM for the paper and coffee but is the coffee always out? Please check the signature coffee every 15 minutes because it is always out. People are nice here.

Staff seems to be under trained and lines are always long, minimum people behind the counter. It used my go to spot, but lately its not worth the time. I actually walked out without purchasing anything because the excessive time it was taking.

Everyone is so friendly. The food is great and its a fast process. I also love their peanut butter cookies.

Stopped in this morning for gas and drinks with my two kids before heading out for a day out. Ed was working the register when I went to check out. He didn’t say Hello I had to greet him when I got to the counter. My two boys were still grabbing some quick snacks and I told them to hurry up because we were checking out. I guess they weren’t moving fast enough for him because as they were walking up with items in hand he asked me with an attitude was that it. I told him also needed gas he gave me my total and I paid. I had 4 drinks plus food and he just stood there and stared at me after I paid for everything. Didn’t offer me a bag or my receipt. At that point I was fed up with him and told him to enjoy the rest of his day because he was so kind and grabbed my items and left.

The food is Excellent!!! The workers are sooooo nice. And of course its clean and well organized. Great place to gas up and grab a bite all in one stop!

Right by route 2 and close to interstate 90. I usually find some of the better local gas prices here plus fuel perks discounts make a stop even better.

If u want restaurant quality food, small traveling needs, and great customer service this is the place to stop and gas up. This place will sandwhich Subway under the table! Yummie yummie food in a hurry and they are very clean!

It was roughly 12:40am and I called this location to see if they sold Strongbow Hard Apple Cider. I was on my way there and thought I might not make it by 1am (the cut off for alcohol sales in Ohio gas stations) if I stopped to check other gas stations on the way. I wanted to make a B-line for GetGo if they had it, and online they advertised that they did sell it. So anyway, I call to ask and DeeJay (or DJ?) answered the phone unenthusiastically. I explained to him what I was looking for and he replied I dont know in a way that not only implied that he didnt intend to go and check, but it also gave the impression that he didnt have time for my question. I figured Id just head straight there anyway since it was my best bet. I got there at 12:56. At 12:58 (yes I was checking the time every ten seconds on my phone to make sure I made it in time) I approached the counter and said hello to DeeJay, who was picking his teeth with something so he was too busy to answer. I set down my Stella Cidre (they ended up not having Strongbow; glad I called to check first...), and he rang it up without putting down the open Black & Mild he had in his hand. Its still 12:58, and he tells me the computer wont let him sell it. What a disaster of an employee.I dont have any gripes with the 1am law, nor do I have gripes with GetGos IT team for their computer system for being off by a few minutes. I have huge gripes with employees who nonchalantly ruin business for their employers, like DeeJay did. It was the first and only bad experience Ive had at a Giant Eagle location. Their standards are higher than those which were demonstrated by this employee.

Had an awful experience here. I stopped in at 930pm on 7-16 to grab chips and a drink on my way home from work. I was the only customer in the building. I went to the counter and the cashier Dystanee looked at me and then walked away to do closing work. It took her almost 2 minutes before she came over to a knowledge me even though in was standing in front of the counter. When she finally came over she still didnt a knowledge me just took my snacks scanned them tossed them in a bag than walked away again before I finished the transaction. After my receipt popped up i had to wait again for her to come back and give me my bag and receipt It was Infuriating. Theres three gas stations next to each other and even though i save at least 10 cents on gas i wont be going back to this get go again.

Gave you 1 star cause of cashier Ed... He was rude and threw my money and slip into my hands... I can see he hates deaf people like me... I felt discrimination!

Great food! Great place to work too!

No issues with this GetGo. Pumps always work, always get a receipt. Staff is friendly.

Ed is extremely rude and slow.

Very busy because its by the mall, otherwise a normal getgo.
