I love taking a walk to get one of their espresso drinks, generally a Cozy Cup Latte. It’s always great, and the staff are always friendly.

Friendly and pleasant, nice place to stop by. Coffee was hot and they had product that was requested.

The small coffee shop has great loose leaf tea and really good coffee. My husband enjoyed the coffee beans I purchased from here too. They has some art work hanging this is available to purchase as well.

LOVE the coffee!!! Im addicted to their expresso!!! yum!! I get a cappuccino and its made perfect every time with a smile by the barista!!! Emily is AWESOME!! All the baristas that worked there are really kind and friendly! The Breakfast sandwich is really good as well as my favorite gooey cinnamon rolls!!!! best EVER!!I use to only be a tea drinker and the chestnut tea is sooooo good!! But now Im a full on coffee addict and Love their expresso!!!p.s. I do think they can do better with the chocolate chip cookies! lol

Excellent! They know how to make coffee right! Great selection of specially made loose-leaf teas from their home in Canton, Ohio...Manager was very personable, informative, and coffee tastes amazing. I’m basing my rating strictly on the two kinds of cookies I got. One was coconut chocolate and one was cookie dough. They both tasted really bad. I’m not sure if some kind of artificial sweetener was used, but they both tasted like aspartame and salt. I wouldn’t give those cookies to my dog

Zane is awesome! Always friendly & good attitude. Had the chestnut tea with an addition of honey today. Other than smokin hot ( needed to let it cool off a bit) it was a great cup of tea. Thanks Zane for the suggestion :)

Solid little coffee shop with friendly staff. They clearly arent set up for heavy coffee drinkers, but did their best to accommodate me.

I love the everything bagel sandwich, its cool that they feature local artists too.

Stopped by and ordered a latte and got an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie-- it was amazing! Employee was very friendly and kind. Additional charges for flavorings are a little ridiculous though.

Met people here for a job interview and it was great. Cozy, terrific staff, easy access from the street. Im not a coffee drinker, aside from cappuccino some times. Mentioned this to the girl behind the counter and she made my drink extra sweet and it was great! Id gladly go back for another meeting.

Wishing that I could have given this a better rating except for when I showed up at 2:51, I saw a gentleman limp out of his truck and try to walk in, which should be possible being that their posted hours are until 3pm, but instead the door was locked, lights were out, and no one was to be found. Closing early is fine, but not telling potential customers is not. This handyman may return, but I will not.

It pains me to give a 3 star review, because this used to be my favorite little coffee shop. But once Tom and Colleen sold it, everything went downhill. The current employees are not familiar enough with the products, they have no enthusiasm (and quite frankly arent the nicest..but then again, they are being compared to the awesome staff that used to work there). My breakfast sandwiches are never as good as they once were. Bring back Tom and Colleen!!! :(Revised: I am editing my review as the last few times Ive gone to Java, the bagels were ON POINT! Service is definitely getting friendlier and food is great. Miss living so close to them!

They open really early, which is fantastic. The woman at the counter was super kind, and the coffee itself was fantastic! Would recommend.

Cozy, close knit community atmosphere. Its really nice for supporting local businesses and the business its self features art and products from other local businesses. But their coffee and hot chocolate is just as good as what I can get at a gas station.

Great little place to grab breakfast or lunch. They have breakfast sandwiches, lunch sabdwiches,/wraps, smoothies, pastries, and lots of coffee beverages. The people are friendly and there are a lot of regulars. I highly recommend the peanut butter cookies and blueberry muffins.

Ac was not working so shop was pretty hot.Staff was very friendly.Coffee was ok. Super hot. Biggest issue to me is use of styrofoam cups. Coffee had a minor burnt taste but was still decent

I had a java project due the next day so I came here to get help. I didnt, but I had some good bagels here and failed my class ruining my life. Which is better than McDonalds where the manager asked how I got into his house.

Good coffee and a great place to sit and chat. It is easier to get in and out of than the big coffee chain stories.

Its great to see a place in Mentor other than Starbucks which has cold brew coffee. The cold brew is solid, and the vibe is just right.

Coffee and food is great at decent prices! I prefer Java over Starbucks.
