Great experience with Ryan at the Menomonie, WI location. He gave us the freedom to explore the store on our own, yet was there when we had questions. He helped us with measurnents and considerations when selecting certain pieces for our home. Although delivery is a few months out, we’re happy about our purchases! Looking forward to getting everything delivered and set up. 10/10 will be back!

Shopping for bed ideas, salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. After checking products at other stores, we came back and bought from Slumberland. They had what we wanted at a good price, and we didnt feel pressured by the salesman.

Sent me the wrong mattress, wouldnt be a big deal til they charged me $300 to exchange it. Ended up with a $100 credit I cant even use to buy a new sheet or pillow. Would not recommend!

The young man that helped me today was very nice. He didnt pressure is he left us so we could talk about the new mattress my husband was looking at. I got a new stool he had one in the back and let me have the floor model! So I didnt have to put the other one together! Love my new stool its so soft and comfy!

Staff was helpful but not overbearing. They allowed us the time alone in the store we wanted to test furniture and browse without following us around. When we made a selection, we were able to find our associate to help finalize our purchase. They were pretty accommodating. Delivery and set up was a reasonable fee. The only drawback is the waiting time for delivery. 2 months out.

I went into the store looking for a couch and dining room set. Joshua greeted me, answered my questions, showed me some options, and then let me wander on my own. I really appreciated that! In less than 24 hours I was able to schedule a private store tour for my elderly parents who are at very high risk of COVID.Dustin was so thoughtful and patient and we bought a custom sectional so excited about the choices of fabrics they have. Bought a TV stand and went to pick it up and it was not put together. 😡 I did not know you have to put it together your self. I wish they would of told me. But that’s not it. When I got the TV stand home and open the box....🤬 no directions. So now I have this TV stand in my living room and have no clue how to put it together.I moved the stars up. Because I went back to slumberland in Menomonie and talked with a lady.(not sure her name) Sent some pictures in and a guy named Ryan called back and they are taking care of everything. (Getting me a new one etc.) it will take a few weeks. Thank you

My wife and I went to slimberland in menomonie for a new mattress. Tired of our mail order foam mattress. Neither of us had bought a mattress in many years. Matthew did a great job and we found a good one and paid less than I expected to.

My husband and I visited Slumberland in Menomonie, WI on Sept. 5, 2019. I had stopped the day before to get ideas for coffee tables and rugs. Slumberland has amazing displays. Jordan offered treasure hunts for the grandkids to keep them busy. There was no pressure to buy. Prices are very reasonable. Chris arranged for us to have a floor model so we could get the table that day. All staff was friendly, helpful and down to earth. They work as a team, making sure the right emplyoyee gets the commission. We would highly recommend Slumberland to anyone. Thanks for a great experience.

Great customer service. The manager is accommodating. She tends to run around a bit much and gets side tracked easily but is very friendly and willing to help any way she can.
