I went into the store looking for some equipment for my home workouts since I quit the gym. I was greeted by a friendly young man named Paul. He was super helpful with his recommendations and I trusted his suggestions. It was a bonus because he has personal training experience, so he was able to suggest equipment to me that would be the most useful for what I wanted to do fitness wise. I came into the store with an idea of what I wanted, but Paul took my shopping experience to the next level. Highly recommend this place and ask for Paul Y. For you home gym needs!

Ive been looking for a specialty piece of equipment everywhere i came into this store and found it and was helped by a really nice and knowledgeable staff i will definitely return all there equipment is really high quality

Paul and Alex were super friendly and they provide excellent customer service. I walked in there not knowing what I was doing and they showed me everything that I needed to know for my future fitness goals.

Rudest experience. After being told, without an hello, to go to front door (I understand with Covid), I had to wait, in the cold, for a good while behind a table that blocks the door. I thought I would go through some questions and temperature and go in. Nope. The guy comes at last to see how he can help me. He shows me some kettles, bringing them to the table, and when I asks him the price for 2 different weight sets, he gave me the price per pound. So now I have to figure out the price for each different weight. I’ll figure it out in the warmth of my home and order them online. So much for trying to support local businesses.

I recently went in as a walk-in looking for an upgrade to my current Bowflex set after the adjusting dial got damaged. I spoke to a sales rep by the name of Alex, he was very helpful and listened well to what I had to say. He did not try to upsale me and helped me find something comfortable within my budget. He recommended I upgrade to the MX55, which are significantly better and higher quality than the bowflex. The grip is much more comfortable and the parts do not feel cheap. I highly recommend speaking to Alex.

Very polite, very demonstrative, visitors should think about researching a little with regards to their purchase but the store associates are very informative

I went looking for some weights. I didn’t know I needed a reservation to go in, which is understandable due to COVID. I asked the sells rep if they had a steel plyo box, he wasn’t much help, I wanted to see some weights he wouldn’t even let me hold them, so I ended up leaving to precore In Cupertino. There I was allowed in, I was able to see the quality of the items I was interested in, and I bought there everything I was looking for.

Customer service is Bad. Paul(the younger looking one) has probably the worst customer service Ive ever come across.

Had one of the worst customer service interaction. Not sure why they even have a store if the wouldnt let any one in. If you arent sure what you need, you will just get treated with total snobbery.
