Just was involved in a very life threatening and potentially dangerous experience. Truck driver on I-40 headed East bound towards Nashville, pushed us onto the shoulder, driving us off the road in a construction zone. The driver was extremely hostile and angry, he rolled down his window recording us yelling that he saw us but he needed to come over into the lane. This driver seems to be operating this vehicle unsafely and makes it very evident that he disregards the lives of others on the road. The driver remained on his phone for the rest of the drive through traffic and even sped around the remaining traffic to drive up next to us and take more pictures.The truck license plate number Kansas: 184679

Driver of truck number 3083050 pulling trailer number 48049 on 10/16/2018 while I was driving in right lane did cut me off on I-40 west bound near mile marker 18 tried his best to take the front end of the vehicle I was driving. The truck had Idealease on the door but below it had HD pallet
