I had another company call and cancel the morning of my move, of course this was an awful situation to be in when I had to move within 2 days. I spoke with Scott and he was wonderful! Have movers to my house within 3 hours! Extremely kind and helpful! The movers were very professional and did the move in a quick and efficient manor. Nothing but great things to say about them, definitely give them your business!

They were very unprofessional, they were packing things sloppy and the way they wanted to pack them. One of the the workers got an attitude with my sister because she asked them to cover her bed frame because it was raining, then when my sister called to complain to Scott, he also caught an attitude with her

This team was professional and hard working. They made us feel confident that everything was being cared for and it was. Any time they had a question they asked and even walked through with me to double check. I cannot rate them high enough for the outstanding service (and hustle) they provided before during and after our move. We ended up using their storage and they were extremely flexible as personal decisions are not always easy. I highly recommend TN Moving and Storage.

My family is growing and we needed to move to single story home quickly. My wife was 9 months pregnant when we decided to do this. The home we wanted to buy was contingent on the sale of the home we lived in. So, we had to get the home ready to sell fast. I called Scott Adams, owner of Tennessee Moving, and he came out to meet me. I was so comfortable with his expertise and knowledge, that I didnt even call anyone else for an estimate. He dropped a pod in my driveway, had his crew pack up almost everything in boxes and load up the pod. We left the main furniture for showing. After the home was sold, they loaded the rest in their truck and brought everything the the new house. By then we had already had our baby girl, so the guys unpacked all the boxes and took them away as well. I dont think that they could have made it any easier on us during this time. Not enough stars available for these guys. John and Lee were great! We used TM&S for an in-house project; moving boxes and items stored, for decades, in attic to the garage in preparation for neighborhood garage sale. They were on time, fast, careful, and clearly experienced. On top of that, they were very courteous and thoughtful. If youre looking for a job done well and great bang for your buck, look no further.

I recently had the pleasure of using Tennessee Moving and Storage. We called them at the last minute - Saturday morning. They showed up on schedule with a clean truck, all the supplies needed and the workers had a can-do attitude. They did twice the work in approx. 4 hours than we did in two days. We had some extra services needed since we had to be finished with the move that day and they never hesitated to do everything that we requested. We used them for the move in also - another great experience. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Scott-Thank you and your team for alleviating a pretty horrendous experience for us. Your organization is professional, timely, responsive and extremely customer focused. We have had several corporate moves. Your firm is, without question, the best we have experienced. You are adept at coordinating activities with insurance and restoration companies, which saved us a tremendous amount of time and concern,We had a flood which resulted in water damage in most of our downstairs. Wood floors covering approximately 2800 square feet needed to be ripped out immediately to mitigate further damage. We did not want the work to be done without our furniture and oriental rugs moved. Tennessee Moving and Storage was brought in by the restoration company.They removed and wrapped our pictures, and packed all of our delicate items, including our china, and stored these items in the undamaged areas of the house. They professionally packed the rest of our items and wrapped our dining room, family room, living room, kitchen and office furniture. We have several large, expensive items which we were concerned about. Scott not only displayed his experience in handling these items, he personally rented the climate controlled storage and immediately sent me pictures of how they were packing our furniture in storage.It took three months to totally restore our downstairs. Scott touched base periodically. TMS picked up the rugs from storage and had them cleaned and delivered back to the house before the furniture was delivered. The team was extremely responsive to all of my detailed and methodical requests. They were a pleasure to deal with.

Scott Is The Very Best Thank You So Much!!!

I cant thank Tennessee Moving and Storage (TMS) enough for their help on a recent move that we had. We were actually scheduled to close on our house and had already scheduled TMS to be there to move us. At the last minute and on the scheduled day of the move, the closing was postponed due to a mistake at the mortgage company. No one could tell us when the closing would happen so it made it impossible to reschedule our move with TMS. The owner of TMS, Scott Adams, told us not to worry and that as soon as we got the word to come to closing that he would figure out some way to get some trucks to our house and get us moved. Well he did not disappoint. We were given about an hours notice prior to closing. When we got home from the closing, Scott and a couple of guys were in the driveway waiting on us despite the fact he was given little notice and we werent actually on his schedule for that day. He had another truck that had been on a move in Jackson, TN. This was on a Friday afternoon and the truck on the Jackson move was headed in for the night. He diverted that truck to help assist with our move. Everyone was so professional and it didnt seem to take anytime to get us into our new house. They were all so professional and worked so quickly. Scott stayed there from beginning to end. Tennessee Moving and Storage really saved the day! They did not disappoint and I would highly recommend them to anyone that has an upcoming move.
