Service Tech Jason Johnson is great! Hes been out for a couple of different service calls, one to troubleshoot/fix some problems and another time to perform some general maintenance. I had the pleasure of working with this company changing when we got a new copier 3 years ago and I havent had not one problem with them or the service. I am so glad we changed. My rep is the best! Always can count on him when I need help. The techs that come on-site are very knowledgeable and have been able to fix or troubleshoot any problem which have not been many.

Back in 2000, I worked for MCC. I was truly excited about their christian work ethic. Everything was centered around God. Weekly and daily prayer meetings. Was I impressed. Halfway through the process, I noticed that they were burying equipment in their deals. In this case, $900 worth. To a Bible College in Memphis. They buried new equipment in deals, and then offered that same piece, as free to other prospective clients. I had a sit down with Eric Berry about this. His explanation was that it was a good job. Nothing else. I made sure friends in business knew about this fraud. Really unbelievable, and hiding under the banner of Christianity.

MCC is always ready and willing! After having problems with one of our copiers, a service tech came right out. Even though a part had to be ordered, Sandy, the service tech, made sure I had the ability to print to another copier. Sandy was exceptional, very gracious, and willing to answer all my questions. When she came back to finish the repair, another tech, Tony, came with her. Before they arrived, the second copier had stopped picking up paper from the tray due to a broken gear (a minor repair compared to the first one). They not only repaired the original copier, but also took the time to repair the second one with no complaints considering this was at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon. Sandy and Tony are exellent representatives of the quality of service given by MCC employees to MCC customers. Thank you Sandy and Tony!
