Id just moved into my new place and wanted to fill my wine rack. The employees were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner packaged and brought the wine bottles, out to my car, he even opened my door for me. He went above and beyond and I was pleasantly surprised! Thank you!

I called at 9:25pm someone answered said they are already closed and hung up. I couldn’t say hello, hi, or anything. The closing time for doordash says 10:30pm and when you Google the business it says that they close at 11pm. I didn’t need to know what time they closed I actually had another question. The man that answered the phone was so rude. He answered by saying “The Bottle Shoppe” then he hung up the phone.

First time I ever visiting this store and I can’t judge anyone else’s experience. The way I felt when I left the store is the power of my money.And where I choose to spend it !! You don’t have to put up with insults or disrespect from anyone just because They are subject to owing the business .Their stock is low and for some reason the (Cashier.) Heavy Hispanic gentleman seem pretty darn comfortable with being reckless with his mouth. But at the same time wants to apologize in the same breath. (With a I’m just playing) If you ever feel disrespected or insulted at this store spend your money elsewhere that’s the (power ) in your money!! God bless you.

I come in the bottle shoppe all the time and never have any issue. Today I did have an issue. As I was buying alcohol the cashier ringing me up was very rude. I asked him if he was new because I never saw him before and I know everyone there. He proceeded to tell me how I’m not memorable and basically needs to shut up. We went at it verbally and he refused me services because he wanted to be rude. I will never shop here again

Ive never had problems here before. But when the young man (clerk) said F---ing Old People. After telling a lady to pull up her mask. Im the senior citizen whom he was waiting on when he said it. He should apologize to her and me. He was very disrespectful. OLD MONEY MATTERS!!

Ordered delivery via Drizly and received my order super fast! In addition, I ordered a bottle of wine and it was turned. Called and they had a new bottle out to me within 10 minutes. Friendly and great service! Highly recommend.
