Had an irrigation pipe that was cracked. Called the Irrigation Doctor on Monday and they had one of their techs here on Wednesday. Dave was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot at a fair price. There are a lot of companies out there that will over charge and scam you. This company is not one of them. We will definitely use them again!

We have experienced ongoing problems with our irrigation system. While attempting to change the settings, we discovered that the control panel had gone out completely. We contacted Irrigation Doctor, whom we had not used previously, and Cliff came out the next morning, diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. After the repairs were completed, I pointed out several areas that received little to no water. Cliff investigated and uncovered some underlying problems. His company came out two days later, repaired the problems, and our irrigation system has never worked better. What I truly appreciated about Cliff was his willingness to listen to my concerns, assess the problems, and come up with the solutions, all in a timely manner. He came when he stated he would, charged very reasonable prices, and he stayed in contact via phone to make sure we were happy with his work.
