A nice little place. Decent selection, nice owner. Support small and local!
Extremely efficient asian market specializing in Korean and Japanese items. They have extensive selection of pickled items as well as kim chi that is absolutely worth trying. Also try the restaurant at the other end of the strip mall with the same name! Youre welcome!!
Very nice people!!Very helpful for any thing you need. She makes good kimchi.Im going now to get fresh kimchi.Thank you!!
They had exactly what I needed. Thanks I will be back.
My husband is Korean and he moved back to Arkansas with me from Texas. He was used to having access to loads of Korean markets and restaurants. We were so happy to find out about this market a few years ago from some friends in Memphis. The owners/employees are so nice and helpful and have plenty of childhood favorites for my husband. Highly recommend.
Amazing spot to grab some korean products. Friendly owners. Love supporting local owned establishment.
I love shopping there. Its nice and full of Asian foods and non-food items. They sell kim bop onlyy on Saturdays. Get there early. They sometmes go fast😎
A bit disorganized, and they mostly carry korean goods, but the owner is super friendly and nice,. Prices could be better. but when you consider the fact that they import everything themselves its 100% understandable.
Good selection for a smaller Asian market.Very nice and helpful staff.
The produce in the store fresh you need something you can get right there the owner is very friendly fresh produce comes every other week so you need the fresh produce and some Asian food to try definitely i will recommended asiana Market👍👍🌹🌹🏆
I love this store! They always have what I need to make authentic Korean dishes! Plus the staff is helpful and nice!
A small little Asian food shop that had everything we were looking for. I wouldnt expect a lot of variety, but for the size it was well stocked. Could use some tidying up.
First visit. Owners very friendly and helpful! Bought Kimchi and Rice Noodles. I will be returning to buy Kimchi and other items again. Much closer than driving to Cordova to fulfill my Kimchi needs.
It is small but I can find all what I needed. The people is very helpful. Ill use it as the main Asian specialty shop in Memphis.
I love this place its my own piece Korea all my favorite snakes and ramen!
Super nice people.
So good!! My fiancé and I love Japanese food, and seeing so many options was exciting. We met the owner, who said the store had been there for 22 years. Great stop for ramen, treats, frozen goods, and ramune
Very helpful people. They made sure we had all the stuff we needed to make a couple Korean dishes my mother make for me.
A great Korean market that doesnt try to cater to every Asian cuisine.
I love this place! People are nice and helpful large variety of Asian snacks and ingredients
Great selection and the staff are friendly and helpful!
Tge only issue I had is the building is to small.. They have so many things you need but you cant see it .. No room.
I always find everything that I need and the food is awesome!
I really love this little store! It has everything! They even make Kimbab and other 반찬 (sidedishes)! Everything thing is delicious if you ever want to make or buy authentic Korean food this is definitely the place to go.
Nice store... Pricey
Saw a one-star review for this place, and had to add another view. The owner and his wife stock a good selection of Korean foods, and if you are lucky-enough to get there fairly early on Saturdays, you might even get a chance to pick up some really good Gimbap (alt. Kimbap), which is a type of vegetable-sushi roll snack, that is home-made and very reasonably priced. Ive been eating that Gimbap for at least 10 years, and even though I am not a weekly customer, every time I am in that part of town and it is Saturday, I start thinking about that Gimbap, and sure enough, find myself driving over to Asiana market to pick some up. (Note: Even though Gimbap is a great take-along snack, it does not really refrigerate well, and should be eaten the same day if possible). Also, homemade Kimchi is available in the back walk-in cooler, and there is another side cooler containing various banchan (little side dishes that accompany Korean meals). Very friendly owners, and a long-time business. Sure, this is not the cleanest store in town, but neither are any of the most-popular Asian/Latino/Middle-Eastern markets in town, because they are primarily grocery stores with a lot of traffic, not restaurants. DO NOT be afraid to eat the homemade Gimbap at Asiana Market, but please do me a favor and leave a couple of them for me :-)
My wife & I went to Asiana Market for kimchi ingredients. With the help ofMr. Chang, we found everything we needed & more. In addition, we foundhis wife in the back of the store making homemade kimchi. Very friendlypeople, great prices on ingredients & you have to try his wifes kimchi! Wewill be going back soon.
Very expensive and not much choice
Homemade kimchi is delicious!!
Good selection. word of caution a few dont speak English well
After living in South Korea for four years, it was great to find a little Korean-owned market with almost all of my favorites - from chips to fresh vegetables to homemade kimchi, this place has it all and its top quality. The store owners are very friendly and helpful. This is the only store in Memphis that carries sesame oil (cham-gae) ramen, my absolute favorite.
Very nice gentleman. Went for kimchi.
Good Korean stuff selection.
Filthy! All noodles were rancid. Id be afraid to eat food from here.
You can find items that you cant find other places
Excellent food and market.
