RSR at unifirst—With all jobs things can get crazy, that’s just normal and unifirst is no stranger to crazy times, but as a team we work together to get things done, for our customers, for my fellow route guys and for our coworkers. We had used the family own company before being bought out by Unifirst. The GM visited us personally and promised that he would be as good as Micky (the previous owner)or better. I have to be honest and say it was a rocky start.I spoke to our delivery guy who remained with the company and he guaranteed it would be fixed. He took care of it. Yes, there were growing pains and issues but they were Johnny on the spot and took great care of us! We will be with Unifirst as customers forever.
