All of the associates at Whitten Brothers are always so kind and there to help me find I what I need quickly. As a Property Manager, I sometimes find myself needing to help my team out by picking up stuff Im not familiar with at all. Today they went above and beyond when I showed up to buy sheetrock and Severe storms decided to come through. They not only helped me determine whether I needed a full sheet or half sheet, they also made sure I got it into my car without a single raindrop touching it. To everyone that helped me today, I cannot thank you enough!

One of the few old fashioned stores left in memphis where youre treated like family from the moment you walk through the door. Service like this is worth the small markup you pay compared to the big name competitor where you walk in and find an employee to ask a question and they pitch a tantrum or are puzzled like youre speaking another language. I know where my hard earned money will go.

This is not a hardware store, it is a solution store. The service is great and friendly. But more importantly the advice provides solutions to your problems that you may not have considered.

I am amazed at how much they pack into such a small, comfortable atmosphere.

I really enjoy my time shopping with Whitten Bros. Hardware Store. I have being shopping with Whitten Bros for over 30years, and never had a bad experience. For example, if they dont have your product in stock, Whitten Bros would order it for you, and youll get it within 5days. So, if Home Depot doesnt have what youre looking for, shop at Whitten Bros.

Great assistance with finding products for home repair. All employees were accommodating. Cashiers smiled and greeted customers. Always a good experience to go there.

I found what I went in to get. No assistance was offered. I guess maybe covid-19 has affected their staff or customer service. I remember years ago when I lived in the area, when you walked in someone would ask if you needed any help finding anything. Oh well, things change.
