Ordered April 21 2021. Today Is July 29. Yet to receive my order. Crossing my fingers that I get my money back. Never again!

I was really impressed by the level of service. They stayed on top of delivery all the way until the two units landed and were checked out. Im used to being ignored once my payment has gone through, but not NTO, they were solid. I will use only them on the next project.

Ordered June 18, never received my tank and they wouldn’t reply to my emails so I finally called them to cancel my order . NEVER AGAIN will I order anything from this place.

Sales person refused to look up item or provide shipping quote, told me to call the manufacturer

I recently ordered a 275 gallon HDPE storage tank for short term storage of diesel fuel. The tanks are not officially recommended for diesel storage and NTO had to tell me that, but they are made of the same stuff (high density polyethylene-HDPE) that the red gas cans which hold gas and diesel you get from the gas station are made of, so Im sure its OK for short term storage. NTO had the best price on the internet and answered all my questions. I purchased a new HDPE tank in a refurbished metal pallet cage which arrived in perfect condition. In fact, it almost looked as if the cage was actually new, or at least it seemed. These are good folks that do what they say and say what they do. I would not hesitate to deal with them again. Highly recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!!! Put wrong fittings on tank ordered. Amy White lied about email to Dura Cast siting NTO sent wrong diagram & refused to correct the issue.

Received 2 damaged tanks, was told to email my order number and photos. Emailed them the info and received no response. Poor customer service.

Reliable Service, Great Prices, and Excellent Experience. Its hard to find tank accessories living in California, but when I needed a locking tank lid, National Tank Outlet came through at a reasonable price and fast shipping. Thank you.

I had the tank shipped to a local plant for my pick up. It arrived on time but I was not able to pick it up for several weeks. They willingly held it till I could get there. I also needed some additional items which I ordered by phone. The Lady I talked to was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed

Discouraged and frustrated. I emailed the Customer Service department on 8/9 and 8/12 regarding order that was placed on 8/1/2019. I have received no reply. I called the Customer Service phone number today (8/13) after 9AM EST and was told that I would “get a call back once their computers were up and running.” After waiting for a call back for over 3 hours that never came, I finally reached someone on live chat who responded with, “We are currently awaiting for some information from the shipper. We should have more information on when this should be shipping or a tracking number shortly.” I asked if I would hear back from someone today and they said, “More tank (than) likely, as soon as we get the information from our representative, we will get it over to you.” We are going on 14 days and I have still received no tracking number. This seems to be a very similar experience to what “Al” (See below) had 3 months ago. I don’t have an issue with situations that arise that are uncontrollable that may affect shipping time; however, I do have an issue with the lack of communication.

Such a disappointing experience. I had to call multiple times to simply get an invoice. Then they would not give me any tracking information or tell me when my order would be shipped. 2 weeks later, after multiple calls, I got through to the “manager” David. He was extremely rude to me and urged me to just cancel my order and wasn’t helpful whatsoever. Unfortunately I wasn’t in a position where I could cancel the order so I had to keep it. Finally after 2.5 weeks, I got a tracking order and my tank came. The tank is nice quality, however the experience as a whole was terrible.

I ordered a 550 Gallon poly tank from National Tank Outlet on January 2, 2020 - paying a total of $686.00 for the product and delivery. The tank was delivered in damaged, unusable condition. The tank was shipped without any protective packaging, and therefore was vulnerable to damage during transport and delivery. I contacted National Tank Outlet, who refuses to issue a refund or replace the tank. The tank is too damaged to use. I dont recommend purchasing any items from National Tank Outlet.

The tanks are perfect . The delivery was AWFUL.My tanks were delivered 10 miles from my house. I was never notified that they were even dropped off, so I didnt know to worry. After a few days, I finally contacted the company to find out where they were and they reported theyd been delivered. No, I would have noticed 2, 2500 gallon black tanks in my yard.I finally put out an APB on our local Facebook buy/sell/trade. Thankfully I live in an honest area! because I found them within a few hours. But I would think that for $900 worth of shipping, it should have been delivered at the agreed upon location!or, once they realized a serious mistake had been made, something would have been refunded. Nope. Not even an apology.

Multiple phone calls and finally they figured out that after two weeks the parts had not even shipped out! Promises to call back not done. Have called Norwesco to let them know about their distributors lack of performance and to see if they have someone that can do a better job.

NTO provided me access to high quality water storage tanks that may not always be as easy for an individual to acquire (compared to a business). I know it caused them some difficulties because I was not theyre typical customer. In the end, they made every effort to make sure that I received everything that I was promised and they worked through any challenges that arose very professionally. I appreciate that they were as good as their word and made sure that my final experience was a positive one. Thanks, NTO!

Very disappointed I placed my order on the third of December and it has been about a month. I still have not received an email about a tracking number.

The tank I ordered was perfect in every way. Price, shipping,quality are all things Ill remember when need another tank or som done asks about it. In others words, fantastic!

Placed an order for a water tank that was $380, along with a float valve $60, and a sight guage($60). When looking at the shipping for the tank it was $200 something dollars. After giving my credit card the total for the items was $500 and shipping was an additional $118. AWESOME I THOUGHT. Shortly after confirming said order I recieved an email stating that shipping was going to be an extra $554!@!@! IS THIS COMPANY SERIOUS. They expect you to pay seperate shipping for all three items and the new shipping cost is more than the products being shipped.. GTFOH with that. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING TO BE SHIPPED FROM THIS COMPANY, FURTHERMORE JUST DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE JOKERS.

I ORDER A 100 GALLON WATER TANK .. NEVER ARRIVED IS BEEN OVER 2 AND HALF MONTHS ... I CALL AND SPOKE TO THE SALES MANAGER AND THE ANSWER I GOT AFTER TWO AND HALF MONTHS IS .. WE ARE GOING TO CALL YOU BACK .. BECAUSE I DONT HAVE YOUR PAPER WORK.. THE OTHER PERSON IS AT LUNCH..... I WILL NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN..

Very disappointed in their customer service. I ordered a tank on the phone, and the guy who took my order quit, so the order was lost. When I called back they said they would place the order. I called back again to get the response, I have no recollection of that order. I will not be ordering from here again.
