They have everything you need for grass.

The number one thing you got to know when you come in here is to have a part number for everything you need. You also have to know that they dont deal with small engine parts except small engine parts on commercial type lawn mowers only. Basic lawn mowers that you will buy from Walmart and other things like that they dont have the parts for them so it would be a waste of time to come out this far for things like that. The only thing that gave it a three-star is because of all the merchandise inside the store it was cool to look at but to be honest a waste of time if you trying to get a small engine part for nothing thats commercial.

By reputation they do decent work. On their website they claim that they repair Briggs & Stratton engines, but they would not repair mine as it was on a mower chassis that they didn’t sell. It would have been nice if they made that clear on their website.

Great price on Scag mowers and other equipment. Excellent service as I purchased my first Stihl ( Farm Boss) in 2000. Now I have three ( Farm Boss, 043, and TS800 concrete saw).

I turned 12 in 1965. Thats when I was allowed to cut our yard by myself. I rode my Schwinn bike from Alcy Rd. to S. Bellevue and Kerr Ave.. M-S S E, moved to Elvis Presley and Ferguson, just 4 blocks from my home. Now in east Memphis, about 15 minutes away, I still depend on them for quality equipment and repairs. I am a homeowner, but I prefer professional grade equipment. I wear many hats in my day to day life. When I wear the groundskeeper hat, I want that engine to fire and green (plant blood) to start flying. Mid-South Small Engines, equipment, parts and service has made that happen for me for 51 years.

Do not stand behind their products. Bought a weed eater that the grass wraps around the line inside the housing and will not bump more line out. Took it back and they would not even look at it. They also do not offer refunds. Terrible customer service.
