Great employees! Many Store shelves empty all to frequently. Last 4 trips only able to get 1 of 4 items wanted each trip. Sale items also not in stock.

Good tools for job not over priced. I bought the 1/2handheld belt sander to trim on some cabinets and it was a lifesaver!Fit in a tight spot perfectly!!

Traveled across the city to get a tow bar,, computer said they had 3, got there, had to wait on a guy to cut open a bunch of boxes before he would go check on it for me, then he said they did not have any and was rude about it. I normally do not post about this kinda stuff, but there is always an issue with folks in this store

Employees were having a offensive conversation in the back of the store. Go to check out and 1 cashier 10 people in line.... Wow. The security guard was nice. Might be time to close the store down.

There are lots of tools on display. They had what I needed. I shop there often for the last 20 years. Most all tools have good quality.

Checkout was quick (except for the request for my phone number)The only real complaint was the packaging. It took me all of twenty minutes to get a set of deep dish sockets free of there holder!

Lousy. Website shows the item in stock at this store, but store is out of it. Was told by employee working there that you cant trust the website to know what the stores have in stock. Wasted my time on a hot drive to the store.

Came to this store on a cold, snowy and miserable Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had exactly the tool I was looking for.

People are professional, even if what they sell wont last.

Wide and varied inventory, great for almost every household project and even quite a few commercial applications. Their tools may not be as tough and precise as the big brand names but the majority of the tools found at Harbor Freight are more than sufficient for the average user.

Very busy location... The place is to crowded with merchandise to maintain any type of social distancing but thats their only flaw. Great customer service!

Great place to shop and find thing at great prices for sure. I was going to buy a used cordless drill from someone but that didnt work out. So I decided to go to Harbor Freight and found a brand new one for my 8 year old for only $16. Cant beat that!!!

Definitely a lot of fun, and good food for sure (especially considering its not a restaurant first and foremost. The waits werent too bad for the attractions, or bowling, but a) their quote times were WAY off which created a problem because we got notified for bowling way earlier than they quoted and had just waited 15 minutes for something else, and b) it was really annoying to see a line of about 20 deep to get in and 4 people standing behind the counter with only one register open. . . Granted, the other 3 may have been doing something else, but they certainly looked like they were just goofing around. . . And of they were doing something else, they could have made that a little more clear. . . We werent the only ones who noticed this either. . . Overall, it was a good time though, and the pricing isnt too bad either.

Great hardware store. Their was the awesome manager that did everything to help me, she was a woman, very down to earth . Wish I would have asked her name. & the other person that I spook in the beginning were rude and unhelpful ( that cashier was a black woman with shaved head). The only reason I am removing a star is because of her.

I used to love Harbor Freight but more and more frequently they are out of what I need. More importantly when they are out I check back over a period of a month or two every few days and they just seem to not get restocked. I get it, your stuff comes from China but it seems like you should be able to keep product in supply. If you want to gamble on a wasted trip for chinese tools that often dont hold up then go for it. Some of their products are even quite decent (floor jacks) but the prices have steadily been rising as well. Some things even cost more than name brand ones from Lowes. Compare their cordless grease gun (169 plus a battery 49 and a charger another 49) to dewalt at lowes (249 complete).

Always something I need. Have to play coypon bingo to get the best price though.

I found just what I was looking for as soon I got into the store.

Its ok what i dont like when they are bussy they dont mind to open more registers they have people waiting in long lines to pay it took me 20 min to do so. Also ask for help and guys work there left me waiting for help never got back.

They have friendly people and what I needed Im back on the road safely. Sway bar broke back in Arkansas and I had to tow my trailer really slow. They had what I needed and plenty in stock. I thought this was only a West Coast store, was informed my fellow camper then Harbor Freight should have what I needed.

Great place for tools, I call it the man Wal Mart, reasonable prices. You get what you pay for when it comes to quality of electronics though, choose wisely. Friendly and helpful staff. Ive never had a negative experience there.

There was an upset customer at the register when i walked n cussing and complaining about an item they had used only once but she was unable to get a refund because they did not purchase a service contract or warranty. Ive bought numerous items there thinking i got a great deal but in reality i got a very cheaply made item. As always buyer beware. Choose items carefully. If the deal is too good to be true it probably is ! This time for me there were few customers and i got useful items at a great price. Ive also bought many items here over a period of several years that still work perfectly.
