Id give them no stars but I never got a chance to see if they actually have good customer service or not because I stood at the counter for 30 mins and didnt get any help. 2 people that worked there walked by but didnt say anything at all. I finally got tired of waiting and decided to go to a different supply house.

They have all most every thing you need and nice people so far

Have worked hand and hand with Graybar in Memphis for the past 3 year. Looking forward to many more! Have changed sales reps (1) time and the one we have now does not hide when you need him or have a problem. Excellent management up top and is trickles all the way down. Love the guys at the counter!

Im an electrician...they usually 9 out 10 times have what I need and since this covid stuff they have been staying on top of it working will call through the back ramp. keep it up guys and girls
