Wonderful Food! Donuts a little on the sweet side, but overall a great experience & outstanding customer service!

Went inside with no one else there, lady behind counter began taking my order but was very rushed. I hadnt been in before so I was looking at the selection and trying to pick out what my kids may like. As she continued to rush me and asking anything else, she was stuffing the smallest paper bag with all the donuts. I get home and all the donuts are smashed and sticking to the bag and each other. I Returned them. I also got 2 ham and cheese croissants and they tasted like raw dough. The ham was jammed into the center as well. Seems like they love to pack it in!

These donuts are so good! They definitely take pride in making sure their donuts are fresh. Glad I stumbled upon this place! I’ll be back to try their breakfast and coffee :)

So just popped in this shop on vacation and wow was I impressed. First off, the shop is incredibly clean and organized with an amazing selection of food. I enjoyed the best kolache and ham and cheese crossoint that Ive ever had. My son wolfed down in donut and donut holes which were extremely fresh, soft, and delicious. The lady was very nice as well n was extremely patient with me. Will be going back before leaving to go back home.

This is my new favorite little donut shop! My favorite pastry is their butter rolls, which is super yummy! Each Saturday I treat myself to a couple of their fresh pastries and kolaches!

Me and my wife are addicted to these donuts. Everything we get is always A1 top notch. I would recommend this place to anybody hands down!

I visited this location for a morning breakfast sandwich. The lady behind the counter(full face of makeup with high eyebrows) was so rude. I asked for a sandwich and a donut. She asked me for cash instead of using my card. I didnt see a sign for a minimum amount to use your card so I asked her was it a minimum? She replied no my receipt paper is out at this printer. But she checked the nurse out at a different register so I didnt understand that. I gave her my card and she SNATCHED it out of my hand. She was upset that she had to walk to the other register to ring me up. I stopped her and asked her did you just snatch my card out of my hand? She tried to act innocent but I informed her to not swipe my card and give it back because Im not doing business somewhere that treats their customers that way. I left and went somewhere that has A1 customer service. I will never go to that business again. I was very pleasant with her and she was very rude.

I love this donut spot. The donuts are always fresh and they breakfast are bomb. Oh cant forget about the fresh coffee. They dont have 5stars for nothing. Give them a try and I promise you want be disappointed. Keep up the great work O.B. Donuts.

This Donut shop has some of most delicious donuts. They have a breakfast Bacon Croissant sandwich thats amazing. Staff is very nice and courteous. Personally, I love the chocolate eclair injected with a delicious white cream. Soooooo awesome. You can also get therm with custard as well.

I love donuts 🍩. and coming to memphis from California, I havent found the right place...I can NOW say I found a donut shop that is worth it!!!! Its so delicious!!!! I bought 5 assorted dozen for my team at work... in 10 minutes gone!!! Just like we had a Cali with my family (donut sunday) that will be our tradition here at OB donuts.OB donut was friendly, great customer service especially early in the morning. thank you for the delicious donuts!!! see you soon.

I absolutely love this place. They have very good customer service. Its very clean and donuts are fresh. I see that breakfast is also being served too. All assortment of donuts, coffee, and frappes to choose from.

The Korean/Chinese cashier is very rude and rushes you to make a purchase. They sell generic cinnamon rolls,aka butter rolls with cinnamon sprinkled on top..lol..I might return just for the free laugh..

If you’re looking for something sweet, fresh made and good! Do yourself a favor and visit O.D Donuts. I was visiting Memphis and decided to pull over and give it a try. I’m very happy that I did. The establishment was very clean and Customer service was very hospitable.

The donut bread itself is light and fluffy. They are like the donuts Dunkin Donuts tries to make. The frosting on them is a bit creamy, but tasty.They are so easy to eat, and even the glaze has a perfect layer of glaze to them. Not too much, not too little. I recommend the gummy topped donuts for kids. They look fun and can be picked for a 2nd treat.

This place is better than Krispy Kreme. You all got some fire behind yall better step your game up

My fiancé and I had the breakfast croissants!! They were delicious! I can only imagine what the donuts are like!!!

Just had my first visit here. Very impressed!! Excellent customer service and food. You can really see and taste the pride and love in the items. Apple fritter is my base for judging a place (cause I love them ) and theirs is perfect!! The sweet woman even gave me some free glazed donut holes that were amazing!! Will be back for sure

I love O.B. Donuts! They have a wide variety of different donuts, drink options,, and even a few other breakfast items. Their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich is delicious! Their donuts/donut holes are delightful, light, and airy! ❤Their prices are extremely reasonable. They have wonderful customers service. Definitely recommend this spot!

The reviews are right this place is great! I know Memphians love their Gibsons but this place is great too! The doughnuts were fresh, sweet, light and fluffy. I had glaze, Boston cream and a strawberry glazed one. It was end of the day so the lady tossed in one chocolate and a few doughnut holes. I only wish this place was open past 5pm. I’ll be back!

I am so glad they put this location here!! These doughnuts are Awesome!!! I also love the apple fritters and Spicy Kolache! The staff here is always so nice and friendly. I literally go here about 3 times a week. A+

Im a non-local looking for a real coffee shop - not that swill they serve at Starbucks. Took a chance on this donut shop based on a misunderstanding what Community Coffee was. Donuts here are fabulous! But for others looking for a coffee shop, this isnt the place. Coffee here is regular drip coffee pot.

Food with real quality ingredients. the staff was very sociable and kind. prices are fair.

Everything tasted so fresh!They even included a few munchies for free for being there for the first time.I used to stop at Dunkin Donuts on my way to work, but I think I will stop here instead.Great flavors and fair prices.Highly recommended!
