Im seeing the reviews of people saying they didnt get their supplies on time... they keep sending supplies when Ive called and ask them to throttle and stop sending them automatically, they sent me supplies which I had no machine to use with weeks before the machine came. I had to call twice to get it finally get the testing machine. I finally get my testing device which is great i have no complaints there its a great machine. I called directly after they send my next shipment when I just got my machine. i asked them to stop automatically sending these to me. Today in the mail I get yet another box of supplies anyone need any testing strips or lancets? - I would suggest not do business with them.

A horrible place to do business with. Although they call constantly to ask when Ive been to the doctor and how many sensors I have left, they somehow manage to screw up sending the supplies on time. Not sure why every other provider can do things online or with text notification but they cant. They argue with my doctors office about getting the right information. They promised to overnight the latest order but nope, they sent it regular shipment. Its just awful.

I am both worried and furious. My insurance company requires me to order both lancets & strips from this company. Usually a very nice fella ( I’m thinking Rob) calls to confirm before mailing periodic order. He did not & I only realized it when I had only 10strips left ( I test twice daily). I called, ordered new supply and advised clerk of my limited supply. I’ve always gotten these within 2-3days. They not only didn’t mail them timely; but 4 days later. It has now been 12days ( 10 mailable days) and the tracker number provided me shows pkg going from TN to Rochester NY.... SAY WHAT?? The delivering address is in IA. WHAT A MESS!! I am OUT of strips & can not purchase them locally. WHAT THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? The persons at The Diabetic Store are totally indifferent to my situation. I would say their personnel could use an overhaul. NIGHTMARE‼️‼️‼️

My elderly father has to go through this joke of a business to get his diabetic supplies. He FINALLY talked to someone because he was almost out and they were supposed to send them right out... over two weeks later...NOTHING!!! He has been calling and calling. Left message after message and NOBODY answers phone nor calls back. If he doesn’t get them by the end of the week, we are filing complaints. These are necessary products and if you can’t be decent and ship them out as you said, answer your phones or returns calls you need to be out of business!! Looks like this is happening ALOT!

While the class is great; dealing with the store is not so great; trying to get a prescription weeks ago I was told to call Tiffany left my contact information on her voice mail, never received a response from her. I returned from vacation and returned a call from Jason; when I returned his call his voice mall picked up, needless to say Im still waiting for his return call. Reviews on Face Book states the diabetes store dont return calls.

I loved the staff super friendly and they know what -you- need to learn. They were able to help me find the supplies I needed for my 7 year old insulin pump and really helped me out!

They (Jason) consistently mails my spouses medication late. Once again she is going to run out and will have to straighten it out tomorrow. One of several trips to get her medication. This is not a pharmacy, its a zoo. Nobody can seem to get the meds out on time. This is a mail Zoo, not a professional pharmacy. How hard can it be to get the meds out to the patients on time. Total lack of professional conduct and caring about their jobs!!! I am going to contact all stare and government entities and report their massive shortcomings and a total lack to correct the problem and take care of their patients.
