Really nice Costco, a little bummed they didnt have my Arnold Palmer 40 packs. But that aside, they have plenty of food options for all walks of life. The store is maintained well and is regularly cleaned. Always the best deals on mens clothing. Ill usually walk in grocery shopping and leave with an article of clothing or two. So dont be surprised if you do the same. Best place to go when buying in bulk for sure. Sams club cannot compare. Ive had both, sure Sams club is a little cheaper but youre getting high quality product for a very cheap price. So happy that the Costco here is almost identical to the one I had in Chicago before my move. Will be returning shortly and often.

Tire Department, took great care of me and my family in the middle of our 3900 mile road trip. (Tires purchased in WA state, 2600 miles ago.) I am a driver and I have a pleasant experience everytime I come the only issue is that we are in covid and most drivers prefer to sit in their trucks to be away from from others. Corporate made a decision for drivers to have to give their keys so most drivers have to sit out in the heat in the summer time there should be changes made to where drivers are able to stay in their truck where they are comfortable and have ac as well

Close to the community easily accessible. Also very convenient location. Wonderful offers on products. I love the quality of products be it cloths, shoes, fresh food, bakery, books etc. I shop mostly from this location and Costco never disappoints. Was very helpful in pandemic.

I would pay the membership just for access to the meat section! Really good prices on ground beef, pork, fish, and ribs. Dont forget the prime beef section!Other than great meat prices Costco has just about everything else youll need. Clothes, computers, tvs, tablets, phones, luggage, mattresses, towels, dishes, wine, frozen food, water, paper products... Too much to list. Sign up and you wont regret it.

Costco is part grocery, part home goods, part office supplies, part electronics, part walking trail, and all Easter egg hunt. This Costco is well set up and easy to navigate, though there can be a significant line getting to checkout.

Rotisserie chicken had zero flavor, customer service is typical I dont care for the attitude. Update: 8/14/2021. I had to get a tire balanced and they were fast. Updated my star rating from 1 star to 2.5

Everything at Costco is great but the food court. They took away Coke products and polish sausages, so I just dont buy anything from the food court. When those things return. I will.

I was extremely irritated by the staffs reaction to my 7 pound maltipoo who I brought in a stroller (who also is a registered emotional support animal). They asked for her proof and I showed them her registration license. Still I was harassed by several employees who said that she wasnt allowed inside. Well it is 90 degrees outside amd I refuse to leave her in a hot vehicle to die. She was also in a secure stroller and was not having contact with any merchandise or other customers. I dont understand why it is still so taboo to bring your pets into certain stores when babies are allowed to come in and scream, break merchandise, and contaminate food products by putting their mouths and hands on everything.

Im going to be giving my review with comparison to Sams Club. So this was my first time at Costco. It was very nice and clean, easy to navigate around. Very similar to Sams. Some of the products were way more expensive than Sams and some of the products were a better deal than Sams. Self checkout was a little different than Sams because the employees basically make sure you scan and pay for everything but they are very nice. Food court was diff because you order your food from a computer screen and they call out your receipt number. And lastly the membership prices are very different. Costco for a Gold Membership with 2 cards and 2% back is $120 a year with a credit check. And Sams w/o a credit check for my 2 membership cards is $45 a year.

The best organized location here. The staff is exceptional with helping in any manner. I appreciate them respecting customers time by having every line open regardless of the season or time of day.Also, when leaving the store there are two lanes to choose from to exit. Other warehouses need to take notes. Very clean store including restrooms. Great management. I love this place!!

I love costco. Great product offerings and good discounts to go with it. Costco personnel is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that you always leave with a full cart even if you came for 1 item. Now I dont even grab a cart so I can only buy what I can hold in my hands. Haha.

I bought a coat and sweater here and I will never be cold again. So soft and comfy and very well made. The clothes the Costco sells are well made and cheap. My dad loves shopping here too. The pants they sell are his favorite and he wears them on a constant basis. The also have a ton of different items that are good for Christmas gifts or decor.

IDEAL BULK BUY EXPERIENCE: the other store! I dont have to frequent it often but when I do, it is for essential items need in bulk at a reasonable price. My membership has more than paid for itself over the years from the early days of their original partnerships with AMEX to the current one with VISA as their form of payment when shopping...I mention this because of the year-to-date summary rewards received as part of the program when you sign-up not only for a membership but their CC which is linked to your membership thereby providing a percentage back on purchases. The store itself is nicely laid out with adequate space for customer traffic from as they shop! Design of product groupings are easily identifiable based on usage, popularity, and selling impact. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed and pleasant and expedient during the check out process. When not visiting the store directly, I use their online option to take care of specific needs for my extended family where youll find great discounts not always featured in the store. Whether shopping in store or online, there are opportunities to satisfy your needs for those items you need to stock up on, whether for you or a loved one.Another great shopping experience! Not much of a weekly/monthly shopper but sometimes the key supplies run out and then you have to answer the call for replenishment. Stopped in to pick up another round of bulk essentials; enjoyed seeing and engaging with some of the shoppers in the area as well as the staff who shared with me information about their membership executive plan. Although it was not for me, I am not the average routine shopper - if I were Id get one in a minute. There are great benefits associated with it aside from the two-fold bonus payback for having the Visa card and the membership. The plan gives you 2% back from Visa and another 3% back from Costco on your total purchases each time. There are travel, vacation, roadside benefits and more. So much to think about, check it out to see if its a fit for you and your shopping needs! 😎More than just bulk buy: the warehouse also has a fueling station near the main entrance to the roadway making it easy to find and access. They provide a built in fuel discount as part of your club membership that can be accessed via your membership number assigned to your membership card or if you have the Visa Anywhere card which is linked to the account you can get the fuel discount when scanning the card into the pump. This is yet another opportunity to fight the fuel pump price grinch! They also provide diesel as do most locations. So, if you have a membership and one close by, take advantage of this benefit.Time to restock - made a stop @ Costco to grab some household, workout trends, food and drinks.

Costco is a great place to shop in bulk ... everything from groceries to furniture, to clothing, computers and so much more! Amazing! Definitely recommended

They offer a variety of different foods like Seafood and meats, household items, small toy section. Its a nice place to shop for bulk items but a little much for a family of 4 with 2 young children. Good place to buy party food, wine/beer and to fill your deep freezer! Wont be doing our regular shopping here anytime soon

Found everything on my list except Dixie big plates and bowls. Asked one of your very nice associates if you were discontinuing. She said Dixie hasnt been able to keep up. Instead of getting several palettes of each size you get only one and run out quickly.I was a little early today and the young man at the door asked to see my license. I had not known that us old farts were allowed in early. I like that and will take advantage of it from now on.Thank you for that.Nancy Griffin

They acted like it was applying for a passport or a driver license and wouldn’t let us apply for a membership because we just moved and the address wasn’t the same on our drivers license.

It was very busy as expected. Im glad they have the self check out lanes to ease some of the check out times. They should stock more gloves and shoes in big boy sizes. Large and extra large for gloves and sizes 13- 14 in shoes.

I really like shopping at Costco.They have some of the best gas. The gas is of the highest quality and it is discounted for members. The gas station opens much earlier than the club and closes a couple hours after the club.This is a big box retail store. You buy items in bulk and save some money. I love the fresh salads and beverages here.

I just love Costcos. However, they were out of water 💦 among a few other things I needed on last night. The city of Memphis is strictly under a boil your water alert. Evidently the stores here in Memphis are in desperate shortage supply of water as well. Including, Kroger, Walmart, Cash saver, all dollar stores as well. FYI the Kroger located in Collierville, TN has a great supply of water. Shelves stocked daily!

Always love shopping at Costco. One thing I felt not good at self checkout. I had to move everything to side tray after scanning and move all of them into cart. I had lot of Frozen packs and my hands got frozen too. I was bit uncomfortable.

Some staff are rude and pushy. I stood at the customer service desk for 20 minutes waiting on the cashier to figure out how to change someones address and email in the system. Other staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall will be shopping here again.

Costco is always great. This one seemed to carry less than others Ive visited across the country, but never the less it was good. Carried some vegan meats I havent seen at others too.One thing I didnt love was that self check out wasnt really self check out. A clerk came and pushed our cart back and asked us to step back, removed our bags and wouldnt let us bag until they were completely finished and asked us to bag somewhere else.Apart from that, everything youd expect from Costco.

This is the most tightly run ship in Memphis, period! Management is awesome & on top of everything - there is 1 employee that I can complain about, but everyone else is outstanding!

We looked the store over. We filled our buggy with our purchases. We noticed they only had 2 checks open. But we were waved over to the the check yourself out. When we got there a really nice guy did our purchases through the self checkout, I paid, and we left.The store was really nice and clean, the people were friendly.

Friendly, helpful employees who seem to honestly want to help. Unlike Sams club, Costco seems to hire a higher class. Theyre kinda like Chick-fil-A... vs Sams is like McDonalds.The member desk- customer service desk- whatever its called, needs attention. The line there is always long and it takes forever. But the registers are quick. And the employees do all the work for you at check out! Glad we got the membership! Totally worth it.

Even though there are and have been surges in covid cases (2000+ a day) I saw about 15-20 people completely ignoring them and not wearing masks, with that also being said almost all were older white couples, so beware what you touch.
