Ive worked for the CEO of a company here in East Memphis for over 7 years, and have been relying on Minute Man Press for the printing of all of our 300+ invitations to the annual Board of Directors Reception, the printing of our custom-designed Sympathy cards, and our custom-made over-sized Desk Calendars, where our Main Lobby receptionist books reservations for our Guest Rooms throughout the year. Minuteman does a fantastic job on each and every project we bring them. Their attention to detail, and their high quality paper and card stock has always helped us to avoid shopping the catalogs of costly preprinted items. What I most appreciate about working with Al and his team is their ability to adjust and improve the files I send for printing. Often, part numbers, prices and images would fall within the area of a punched hole or under a staple. Small revisions make our printed material more professional. We submit jobs monthly and have never been disappointed.

Called for a quote. And the attitude from the person on the phone and telling me to go somewhere else with my order is not a business I would want to work with even if the items cost more from your company. As a business owner even if a project is something I can not offer I still try my best to be professional. Everyone has bad days I hope this is not this business regular practice.

I needed more business cards for a networking conference the next day and (besides the logo) I didnt have the original file to produce new cards. Al took on this project with short notice and redesigned my cards based on the pictures of them. Got the cards the same day. I would highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Al was extremely inattentive to me and my business needs. I had to constantly reach out to him for quotes and/or updated quotes. I eventually took my business elsewhere.
