I presume everyone is checked as standard, because Im 51! 😅Friendly staff, well air-conditioned, and a great stock of things.

I made an appointment online yesterday to do the Covid-19 testing but hadnt received a confirmation. So, today around 1:29 pm I called to ask a simple question. I called to ask, How long will it take to get a confirmation after youve made an appointment online for the Covid test? The pharmacy tech was so rude. I guess she thought I was calling about results because she said you need to call labcorp and some more lab companies. Or maybe they are over the appointments. I understand they might not handle the actual appointments, thats fine. I just asked how long will it take before I get a confirmation to be tested. That didnt deserve a rude tone. Maybe it was her break time, she shouldnt have answered the phone then. I didnt even feel like going back and forth. I just told her to have a good day, and she didnt say it back. Bad customer service in the pharmacy dept.

Black racists hate groups was targeting me there playing me like stupid crackhead thief went in there at my own risk no liable witness. grab a couple of items and forgot soda sum ignorant black ladies in her 60s rush me like I was trying to mug her she wanted me to say something to her i didnt she had her scum grown son with her I went to counter wasnt no one was in line the same scum lady crept on my blindside with her whorish grown son and started racist coughing behind my back so I return the favor the young black lady that work there was racist profiling at the door like I was going to run out the door and started to make a scene joining forces with the other scums telling me to quiet down harassing me while I was trying to pay for the items so she can call the crooked cops on me dirty racist piece of trash I paid for the items and left i want be going there anymore pure scums hate groups will have you lock up no witnesses

Pharmacy is quick and the cashiers are friendly they greet you every time you come to the store

Everything was great except for the front csshier who acted dumb as a post. All she did was stand and stare at us when we spoke to her and asked about where the cpn books were. No wonder it has a 2.6 rating!😝

The Pharmacist was totally correct about my meds manufacturer as always shes on point even though my mind and nerves were wreck.....Thanks Dr.Diaz&Staff...Also the asst.mananger was awesome....

Dad was with Walgreens for over 15 years but the Whitehaven; Walgreens are terrible. The one on Raines Rd and Elvis staff is rude as hell and the one on Shelby Drive and Elvis cant find prescriptions or gives them away to their damn friends and family who cant afford to pay and make us wait a whole month. Some staff look like they sleep in their uniforms. Not clean looking at all. I wrote a letter to Corporate about it. Whats next dimmed lights and rags on heads like a local drug spot? With those high prices, what a joke. SmhWhen my dad lived in those senior buildings on Camilla the Walgreens on Union use to drop off to the elderly buildings and he never had any problems. Guess it depends whos running things and where you are located. We go to Walmart Pharmacy now, no drama, brighter lights, clean and very professional.

Decent store only thing wrong is, I expect the managers to come and assist when the associate calls for an IC3 and not just standing around talking amongst themselves.

The pharmacy is great. The rest of the staff, however, are rude, and one manager (a woman) likes to follow people around.

When I call.. Pharmacy hung up on me,so I call pharmacy again, they put me on hold 3 or 4 th time.. So I put there 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 stink service
