I love their showers once you can get to one. More love from management to the place would great. Customer service training good go a long way in this day in time. The guy cleaning the place has a good spirit about him! Hes very helpful and has great communication with customers.

This is the worse pilot I have ever been to, the store is not stocked the bathrooms were never swept or cleaned for safety? They have security just sitting on her phone waste of money? Staff needs to be retrained on store, just very sad to see a lack of non team work!!!

Could not use a credit card at pump or inside. Did not give the Good Sam Discount. People were nice and Subway was great and fast.

The trucker app wasn’t working for the place and instead of making that known it was every man for themselves. Made a reservation about an hour ago and when it came time for our shower we didn’t have a number so the person over that part told us to go to the cashier Betsy who was no help and acted like she had no clue what to do and was very rude about it. Finally the person who was over the showers put us back in queue which was behind everyone even with our reservation.

What a nice little pilot, I am happy that the people are very kind to you, especially the ladies at the fuel desk. I travel all across the United States especially the East Coast corridor, and I must say this is one of the nicest friendliest towns I have from a first period I really look forward to my next visit your in the city where Elvis Presley was born

If I could give it zero I would. This pilot is probably the nastiest pilot I’ve been to! People worried about COVID they need to walk around the lot. COVID originated here.1. Dried old smushed bags of human s***2. Garbage everywhere3. Tires everywhere4. All cans are full.Corporate needs to open up a can on this place and fire the manager. The only thing they manage to do is take a check. I bet the manager couldn’t clean a shower properly.

Not sure whats going on but neither pilots showers are working, neither one had any water in the buckets to wash the windows. Both fast food restaurants were closed. Would not recommend stopping for anything.

MAKING MOVING ALONG CONVENIENT: I stopped by here on my way from a visit with some good folks I am assisting to get some fuel. The place is clean, well laid out, located near a main intersection and it was buzzing with both local and trucking customers. What I found great was the commitment to building employee relations by Chris and his team of employees. One thing stood out about the lot, there were clear markings and signage so that anyone looking for specific parking or service areas could find them. They had the hot food section within immediate reach so you dont have to go roaming around everywhere to get to it depending on the store size.. Coffee drinkers,, your choices are there too. Stop in and say hello to Chris and his team.

Employee was rude and was prejudiced against a truck driver. Uncalled for by anyone. This incident was reported to various regional managements and when the one regional member went to investigate the incident this perticular truck stop erased 4 hours of recordings off of their cameras to hide their sins. Believe me Almighty God has kept the recording and you will answer to Him.

The guys are great, I had an incident with a shower on the Pilot across the street, the guys checked the system and restored my shower. They behaved very politely and they reassured me that there were no problems. Thank. God bless you!

Whoever designed the parking lot clearly never drove a tractor trailer! Unless you are parking in a reserved spot, everything else is a blind side 45.Terrible.

First time saw in my three years experience truck driver the most worst truck stop, I parked there overnight and the next morning someone broke my seal and opened the door and dont know what they took from there and theres 24 hours security I think they are team with the security and theyll take staff and make 50%-50% with the security. If somebody will go and stay there overnight night pls make sure about your loads and doors..

A million bobtails taking up full parking spaces, like there’s nowhere for bobtails to park. parking spaces are crooked i need straight parking spaces. there’s trailers parked on the side, minimizing the room for backing.

The price of coffee went up every pilot due to the new coffee machine which makes good coffee but some pilot changed the price but still have the old coffee makers which arent special and make average coffee. This one of those areas where both pilots have the old coffee maker and charge high price. Their coffee is cold I had to heat in the dirty microwave and the clerk has issues.

Every single one of the parking spots are backwards so you have to blind side. Their solution was to put a bounty hunter in the parking lot instead of fixing the problem... for a company thats dedicated to trucking, you should know better.

Had good hot water for showers. But they had alot of snow and some ice. Did not salt the driveway or scrap it so many trucks like myself got stuck on the hill pulling in. Very unsafe and there mans bathroom was nasty and leaking.

9AM No breakfast sandwiches, no creamers for coffee plenty of employees but I guess socializing with each other is more important than restocking. Issues in ladies room 3 of the 4 sinks are out of order. Not a very professional Pilot for the professional driver.

I wanted to give a special thanks to the employees of the # 405 Pilot for making us feel cared for. Especially a fabulous man named Henry. He was the kindest attendant we have encountered on our journies. We had a grueling day. Locked keys in a running truck at the fuel island...Waited for 9 hrs to get unloaded at the reciever...and then couldnt find a space to park anywhere. When I found out the last reserved space was given out seconds before me Henry gave us a complimentary spot! Right by the store and grass (for the dogs) thank you Henry! You are an angel and a great individual!

So much mold in shower 3. This was just the entrance. The shower was even worse. Very sad.

Another disgusting city truck stop. Limited parking and trash everywhere. The loves isnt much better but offers more parking.

The gas pumps seem to be out of receipt paper on several pumps. The tag that says no one has been inside of this gas pump except for someone who is certified is flapping in the Wind. I dont think that there was a card copying apparatus at this pump, but it made me feel uncomfortable.

I keep coming here because its the safest gas station in Memphis, and the Subway girls are wonderful. The rest of the store, not so much. Bathrooms are a mess, and the customer service at the front has gone way down over the last few years.One of the stalls in the female bathroom has been broken since I was last here a month ago (cant be flushed), the second stays locked, and the third wont lock.Customer service has been down since theyll only have one person check out while the others chat. And the girl who was checking out for me today answered her phone while still ringing me out at 1:10pm. I get needing to take a phone call, but not openly in front of customers when the one in front of you is needing to ask a question.

Cashier just ignores you when you ask a question. I guess after the 3rd time she responds. What got me is when I tried throwing some garbage out and a cockaroach come running out the can near the coffee station. ZERO STARS. This is my first 0 Star for a Pilot Location. Very disappointed 😞.

Kinda gross but... good enough

Unfortunately there isnt much truck parking in Memphis. How ever, aside from the over ran down condition of the store, the unhelpful nature of some of the staff (i told one of the employees that their bologna in the cooler and milk was far to warm to be safe, she acted like it was a massive inconvenience to know this) the parking lot around this place should be considered an environmental catastrophe. There are bottles of pee, bags full for feces and used toilet paper, and trash all over the parking lot and the surrounding weeds and trees. The owners of this facility need to have legal action taken against them and pilot should take their name off this filthy disgusting unfit for human habitation and use hell hole.

I had an issue with prime parking. Paid and didnt get thru the process online because of an error, so I got charged and when I showed up, there was no record of it. I had to wait so long to get someone to hear me out. Eventually I just walked out but the manager followed me outside to say he got word that there WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SYSTEM. .. go figure. I ended up very frustrated because of how they handled that situation, but I do appreciate the manager for following up.Now... Im saying this out of love. When we are primarily in charge at an establishment, Im usually proud. But this is not one of those times. Cashier was eating chips at the counter while helping me, and just overall unprofessional. I wont be more specific. Just please. Please. Take some pride in what you do. In the morning I had to tell the cashier to refill the coffee. The security guard glares at people for no reason, and let me tell you.. I was a correctional officer and also served in the military so you dont scare me, fluffy. You dont have to look at people that way to do security. Trust me.Anyway, I wont stop here EVER AGAIN. I really mean that.

Free parking. Handicapped accessible entrance. Shower restrooms available for truck drivers...not free. Visible on main street. Customer friendly staff. Handicapped parking available. Clean environment.

I like Pilot Travel centers when I travel. Their gas prices are always competitive. Their restrooms are kept clean and both paper towels or blow dry your hands. They have auto supplies and audio items plus CB radios. There are hats and shirts. Lots of drinks in the cooler and a good variety of coffee drinks.

Friendly folks, good coffee choices. Truck Scale out back and room for about a dozen rigs.

The worse place to be when you needed a shower .. shower waiting time is 1 hour or more .. because nobody is clearing the shower and nobody is in the shower all the shower a available it’s just cleaning but nobody doing the cleaning and if you ask them they get mad and give you a bad looking and bad language. The coffee is really good. Its far above gas station quality but below coffee house. You still pay gas station prices, so its amazing. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious, the clerks were very nice. I dont travel often but if I did, my trip would be amazing if every gas station was this one.

Nearly all the parking spaces for trucks are striped backwards. Genius.... good chance youll get your truck damaged because of blind backing. Armed security here. Busy location. Friendly staff. Strict about using reserved parking.

Its a truck stop. Standard packaged snacks, etc. Dont think I attempted anything cooked there. Typical roadside stuff, but with showers and facilities if youre really on a road trip.

The cashier that cashed me out was very nice. Thats about good I can say about this location. The point system attached to fuel that any driver get was not working. Although, the cashier stated that the points was on your card but, not displayed on the fuel receipt we are to just take their word for it. The exit to get back on hwy 78 is horrible! Traffic flies through that area so, if you are not very careful you could pull out in front of an on coming car or truck and risk getting into an accident. Also, as hot is it outside they didnt have any ice. I was told it was out of order and has been out of order for a while. Pilot as a corporation really needs to treat us the drivers much better. The facilities are either dirty, flies everywhere flying around the building and so many different things just simply not working. We as driver or owner operators spend alot of money with this company and they should care about the service and services render to us! I wish I could rate them as a -100!

Nice spot if youre just getting back in Memphis coming from the southeast. The neighborhood or area looks kind of sketchy but it does not worry me. The store comes with most things other has stations have as far as food, drinks, and other necessities.

This place has serious management issues. I bought a shower and it didnt have toilet paper so i asked the guy cleaning. Big mistake as he proceeded to call me a f-ing piece of ish. I tried to contact a manager and the clerk said there wasnt any and her and the other clerk started to laugh as she said she aint got time for this mess. This must be a regular thing cause he was bold as hell cursing at a customer and I could still hear him cursing after I shut the door.

On top of the total lack of responsibility on taking care of the grounds where they supply fuel and outher services like food for top dollar prices, I wasnt able to keep down the chipotle steak rap that I ordered. $14.00 lost.On a good note, I was not charged to park overnight. Thank you..

The bathrooms were not clean. Parking lot was not clean either. Otherwise staff did give friendly service and that is why I gave this pilot a three. Also this was the pilot to the right as you go in from the main road.

The employees that work here are always friendly. Credit card machine at the pump always has paper, so i dont have to go inside when im in a hurry. I have never had an irritating experience at any of the pilot gas station locations.

Is located good place people they welcoming to you but when it comes to service is bad coz in rest room their no hand soap their no toilet paper and also subway is not good. But

This is the worst pilot I have ever been into in my entire 12 years of driving the employee Cheal argued me up an down about the price of a philmore refill in a regular cup telling me I have to have both cups present to get the philmore price which driving across the country an going from pilot to pilot I have never heard of before all because she wanted to make her pilot a extra $1

I was in here Thursday evening for fuel, kind of a bad day, and I wish I wouldve gotten her name, but the lady who gave me my fuel receipt asked me if I sang. That blessed me so much that she saw a gift that I had, she looked beyond the physical appearance, and that I was just a trucker and she made my day better because of the great attitude she had. She didnt have to do that, but she said what was on her heart, and I saw God today. Thank you

I dont normally complain but No AC in building we were waiting the bathrooms where being cleaned? Took too long saw people leave showers and no attendant. Guy went to lunch. Yes they deserve a lunch but poor planning on manager. Short staffed.

OK so I should you have a fair review of this place while I dont stay here because its in a high crime area the employees that work here are actually really nice people. The CATScale app did not work for me the last time I was here however it has worked in the past. This is also a high traffic area so it will be busy at all hours of the day and be sure to padlock your load secure before taking a break here. I didnt see anything wrong with the place other than the fact that I just dont like the location. To each their own you decide but overall the store itself was OK.

Bathroom was clean. Self-service lottery machine was out of order. Hot dogs not ready. No fresh onions. But the SUBWAY inside was open on THANKSGIVING DAY. Yay!

Unbelievable. This place is disgusting. Mens bathroom is atrocious. Stinks of stale pee and poop. Broken fixtures, floor nasty with toilet paper strewn around. Soap & towel dispenser empty. I am a pilot/flyingJ regular across this country. I have to say, this is far below standards and this worst location I have ever visited. I walked next door to the other pilot (there are 2 locations side by side) and it was nice. Amazing how the 2 locations are so different. This reflects strongly on how each manager runs his/her store.

Clean bathrooms the A/C was out but they had 2 doors open trying to cool it off. Just a typical gas station nothing special.

Not real crowded at 4:24 am. They have some of the best coffee hot, and ready when you are.

Sept 1, 2018 4:45pmI stood waiting at the register as the two male cashiers looked at their phones exchanging pictures for three minutes as i was completely ignored until they were done although eye contact was made as i entered and stood at the register.The shower was filthy. Just for men hair dye was in the garbage can and the sink still had particles of hair & hair dye on the faucet handle. Their was a used towel on the door that i hadnt noticed until i already had the shower running. Tons of hair in the shower as well.I was happy to see the manager by the registers as I exited and told him of what i saw. He promptly refunded me a shower credit back and stated he was sorry they had a new janitor and I am the second customer to complain.Im not so upset since he gave me the credit back but i feel i have a bad taste in my head because of this and might steer clear of Pilot from now on since it was such a bad experience.They also had an extreme loud beeping noise throughout the store like one of the machines was buzzing.The two workers acted busy with the manager around but i feel as if they all need a serious talking to or worst case be replaced.Truck drivers spend too much time away from their families and the one relaxing time is usually in the showers to wind down. Or to grab some food and relax but this place was not one that you would want to do that in. It terrible but i feel as if I walked into the projects in this store.

Clean store, clean bathrooms, good service. They also have quite a few odd items you might need while driving or if you are on the road for a while. And good hot food open 24 hours. That is a must for truckers and travelers.
