I thought the employee store would have had more up to date shoes. Shoe carnival has a better selection.

Athletes are nice but the inventory is seriously lacking especially since Memphis is a distribution center for the company. No Big and Tall sizes available 3X and 4X

Being a healthcare professional my organization partnered with Nike to allow us access to their employee store. After working a 12 hr shift I said let me take advantage of this opportunity. Upon checking in I was told my entry wont be granted because Im not currently wearing nines. I was shocked to say the least. Its understandable for their employees but outsiders looking to patronize your establishment shouldnt be held to that standard.

So I’m from Texas visiting and I’m a Cowboys fan, this guy hilariously named tpain was the most help ever. I came for a Emmit Smith Jersey he found me one in the back and suggested me get Prescott jersey as well.. then he provided me a bag to carry my items and provided at least 8 other customers a bag while helping me (multi tasked) this guy even talked me into buying shoes and socks…he was kind and knowledgeable of the state of Texas and the Dallas Cowboys…i only wanna deal with tpain wen visiting Memphis..great job guy!!!

I cant really put Nike at fault for this, but only giving 4 stars because of how frustrating it was to get here. Google took me to the middle of nowhere the first time had to creep along an access road to finally get to the entrance. It we as at night and the road is almost invisible along the access road. Otherwise, this store is amazing. They have everything Nike you could want. Everybody was really friendly and helpful. I hope I get an opportunity to come here again as its invite only unless youre a Nike employee. Put a lit sign on the road entrance and Im giving 5 stars. And Google, fix your jacked up directions.

My husband got stopped right before he even entered the store because he was wearing competitor clothes. What is the reason for that? Because he wanted to buy some running shoes and this store would of made some money but denied because he was wearing vans?? I hope they change that stupid rule because that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

There Should be more Police presence due to double parking. Security can be a bit overly aggressive when it comes to lining up but lack at the same time, Security/memphis police allow a lot of people to skip the people who waits long periods of time when the officer open the street to the building

Its nice to be able to get a military discount all through the month of May.

A young man by the name of WES was super helpful. Almost made me feel like I was getting punkd. Told him I dont think they make him like that anymore. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Went to get ONE pair of shoes. We both got a hoodie, she got 1 pair of running shoes and sliders. SMH more than I wanted to pay. Staff was very helpful. Everytime I turned around someone was asking if we were finding everything ok or needed help.

What do you mean by marked price plus 40% off on a $100 - $200 shoes or $100+ in clothing line. I was hoping for a red/green sticker as price marked . But no i am looking at the regular price tag on shoe boxes. I dont think its a great deal. Id rather have 5 pairs for $100 in nike outlet stores. Items here are expensive just go to Footlocker to save you a trip. #NeverAgain

Horrible personalities that work up there, very unpleasant and unprofessional, everything I got up there, that whole department at that location needs to be fired or need to improve.

The stores appearance is immaculate, but the selection is sparse (especially for women) and some of the employees are snobbish, but the ones who arent are really helpful. The items that are in the store, apparel-wise, are on the priceyer end and the selection is always changing. The discount you get is more useful for shoes and socks (when you can find them in your size).

They never have anything you need and they are so rude

As an employee for FedEx (Courier) I made my 1st visit to the Nike Employee Store and it was the most pleasurable experience Ive had while at work! The clerk..Keisa..was very nice..and extremely professional! I cant hardly wait to go shopping....

So... My visit started off really well. The staff on the floor were very helpful and found the shoes I wanted in my size. However when I got up to the register, thats when things went from great to a freaking nightmare. I had an item that rang up for$60 and the cashier said, thats not right and changed the price to $120 because thats what is listed on the tag. I ask for a manager and he said we have to sell the item for what is listed on the tag not what it rings up for. Ok whatever!?!😒 Now being frustrated and irritated, I wasnt paying attention what I was being rung up for and just wanted to get the hell out of there. When I got into my vehicle, I decided to look at my receipt. Low and behold the cashier had changed the prices on three(3) other items. I got my son an outfit and some shoes to match. $60 for the jacket ( listed on the tag) changed the price to $120, pants $60 ( listed on the tag) now priced at $120, and last the shoes $60( also listed on the tag) changed as well to $120. Now I never left the place and went straight back in. Told the person at the counter what had happened and they wanted to argue with me about thats is what we are supposed to do. So I just wanted a full refund. So buyers beware, THEY CAN AND WILL CHANGE THE PRICE. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE.

The store seems brand new. Everything was very organized. Not as big as the previous location, but still very nice. The sales team was AWESOME! I am sure I was asked if I needed help at least three times. Check-In was simple. Just gave them my sons employee ID number and showed my license. We went right in. Spent $580, but with the 50% discount only paid $290. Pretty decent.

My review is a bit different. Ive decided to share a brief description of my interview experience with the Nike employee store. Ill start by saying this is an great location with good employees which has always driven me to want to work for the company. After several applications over the years I finally received an phone call for an interview. I was super excited 😀. However once I arrived I realized it was others there for an interview as well. It ended up being an group interview. Long story short I received an email about an hour after the interview stating I would not be getting the job. I was crushed I guess I wasnt talktive enough. Group settings make me a bit nervous been that way all my life. However, Im a very great worker and love talking to and meeting my customers needs. I feel like if they would have personally interviewed me or even given me a chance they would have seen that. So, to anyone who has this interview make sure to answer all questions. An put open availability on your availability sheet if possible.

I love this store, besides who doesnt love a discount. Security is always on high alert about where guest choose to park. Especially if you think for a second it will be in front of their door. I hear the selection is pretty good most of the year except tax season & Christmas. I assume because more people are willing to go all out (show out) at those times of the year but, hey its Nike brand at a discount enjoy!!!!

Im not satisfied with the Nike Employee Store at all. The way the administrator treated my mom was deplorable. The flyer mentioned that a vendor employee could bring eligible family members to the store. It didnt state who the family members had to be. I dont have a spouse so I thought bringing my mom and my dependent would be fine. We all live in the same house and have the same last name.She stated that had to be the case. It was and she still wouldnt let my 60+ mom come with us. I mean really, what was my mom really going to do or get?Overall, the selection of items was not impressive. The outlet has a larger selector of items.

This store had the nervous to refuse to let my 13 year old son into the store because he had on Adidas pants. What kinda mess is this. You cant tell me that no one ever goes into this store without other logos on. I am so disappointed. On top of that its his birthday today. My husband went in there and brought 2 pair of shoes for him the other day and was going back today to let him pick out more items on his own since it is his birthday. 😡😡😡😡😡

After visiting the Portland store last year. Now going to the Memphis store. Portland wins hands down. About 2X the size and much more clearance items. Portland has 22 check out lanes. Bigger and better.

Prices were regular priced.....outlet prices are better. I guess it depends on how new the styles are that youre looking for. Good selections & variety of products.

Went to the Nike Employee Memphis store Friday and had the fortunate experience of having a young man by the name of Jakeem help me. He was kind attentive very helpful and had a great personality. Every time I have a chance to visit Nike I always have the fortunate opportunity of running into staff that go above and beyond but Jakeem exceeded customer service expectations.

I wish I had gotten the name if the young man who helped me. He was so polite and patient with me. Also the young ladies were great too. I hope to go bak there again. This was my first time.

Prices werent any cheaper than any other Nike store. They had more clothes than shoes it seemed. I like the south plaza nike store better. People may think its different because of exclusivity, but it isnt.
