JC Penney is always great. It has been considerably downsized in my mind. I buy most of my stuff from Pennys online shopping. They just have way more to offer online. I used to spend hours just shopping around.

Much better than going to the Mall location. It is much easier to get in and out quickly. The employees are friendly and helpful. Also, they seem to have a good selection of products at this location.

Didnt have much selection in my size. Prices were 20 to 40% higher than online!

I walked around for 25 minutes after a 10 minutes of searching for the right size shoes No help anywhere so I finally finished walking around looking for help then I spotted a lady in sephora who told me they are seriously short staffed I left disappointed no shoes.

It was kinda of sad going in there. When I was young, my mother used to take me there to buy school clothes and was always an adventure. Today its kinda like going to a funeral parlor where you pick out your clothes to be buried in.

Didnt go inside. I had a curbside pickup.. First off security came to my car asking why am I here but I was parked in the store pickup space. I let him know that I called the number as soon as I pulled up and no one has come out. Finally an employee comes out with an attitude out of this world. I said hi, how are you and she said nothing just threw the bag to me and walked away as if I was ruining her beautiful day. Wont shop there again‼

It’s a great store but customer service is terrible. A older woman by the name of rowina ( maybe spelled wrong ) was extremely rude to me. I had just finished checking out and I get to the door and the alarm goes off. I turn around and ask her do I need to get my bag checked at first she ignored me and she responded do you think you need to get your bagged check! I told her ma’am the alarm went off I just wanted to be sure and she said well do you think you need to check the bag. The nice young lady next to her told me to come over and her and a customer helped me With my shoe. I understand that stores are crowded and it’s busy but there is no reason for her to be as rude as she was to me! That was just out right wrong and in front of a lot of customers That was embarrassing. I spend my hard earned money in that store a lot and to have her talk to me and treat me that was was just disrespectful and unprofessional.

The representatives for returns are very rude. They shipped me incorrect order and told me they could not refund my shipping fee for their error. They said sorry we only refund merchandise. I had to call customer service to get a refund for my shipping fee and talk to a supervisor

I hadnt been to Pennys in a while and today was a great day to go! The sales and deals were off the chain and I spent way more than I planned to. I did get some Birthday gifts taken care of, as well as the beginning of Christmas gifts which is wonderful.

Good sales.clothing is true to size so I do not have to try them on. Most of the time I can use an on line coupon

JC Penny has a large variety for everyone in the family. I bought school u informs for my daughter at a great low price. However she did not like the fit of the pants so I returned them. The return process was quick and easy. Parking was easy. I would definitely recommend shopping here.

JCPenney always has good sales going on. I can always come here to find gifts, and even find things for myself. The employees are also very friendly and helpful. The store is clean and neat, and smells great near the Sephora make-up area.

Awful 1st experience. I literally just stayed on the phone for 20 minutes trying to get some assistance. I repeated dialed every department and not one single department answered the phone in my 2O minute attempt. I live a good 40 minutes from the store and wanted to assure the product Im looking for is in stock before I make the drive. Uncalled for!

They have some really nice clothes, and for it to be JCPenney, the clothes are not that expensive, I think Ill make that one of my stores to shop in now

Love everything here and have been shopping here for years but marking items up just to apply a 20% off sale is ridiculous. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Everything is always neat and clean.

My overall shopping experience was good. I did not give it a full 5 stars because of the long line at checkout and only 2 cashiers to take care of us. The assistance I received in the big and tall section was very pleasant as I interacted with 2 female sales associates. They initiated conversation of they could help, were friendly, provided me with the requested sizes..Overall good: lunch time shopping presents an opportunity with getting customers money so they can hey back to life. Customer service in the departments was on-point. 👍

Very clean and well organized store. The store associates are polite. But every time I shop I find the sales and pricing very misleading and it is intentional. You end up not getting a sale at all. Basically you have to buy more than you want or need to get the advertised sale price. Before you know it youre getting rung up for more than expected. They should not do that to their customers.

Went to return lipstick that showed try meafter took it out of box and had lipstick on outside of box. I returned it to sephoras jcpennys on Winchester. That wasnt store I purchased at. That will be my new store now. Mario was very nice in helping me to return it. Also Sandra was redoing the receipt return. Both were very nice and VERY customer oriented. They made a customer leaving the store very happy. And no hassles,just making an easy returnVery much appreciate their social skills.
