Horrible Customer Service and very Rude. Went to take some brand new shoes back to get store credit because they were too small. The manager was knit picking trying to find every way not to do an exchange only to find out she was outta cards to give an exchange. Like really... nothing on your receipts says we have to wait to get a refund for you to remember to order cards to do an exchange. NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANOTHER THING FROM CITY GEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice store and everyone is super cool, friendly and helpful but Im old school. I will never pay $200 bucks for a pair of shoes. I realized its been a very long time since Ive looked at shoes in the mall and I know why...

This store is located inside the mall. I walked in with a smoothie from Smoothie King (also located in the same mall), within 2 seconds of me walking in I was told by an associate that I could not have a drink in the store. Excuse me?!?! I could understand if I had small children with me thats liable to spill something but Im an adult! Guess Ill keep my hard earned money in my pocket! Thanks for the simple minded customer service. I wasnt able to pick up the shoes I wanted before I was basically told to get out. Way to go City Gear!

Really deserves no stars..everyone has the same green money or plastic to spend but bad customer service ruins everything even a sale. The associate was a black girl with big eyes and long weave. Didnt get her name. She wore a blue jean shirt. Sunday October 25th 2015

Bad customer service. I spoke at the register and she said what do you have a complaint. I said no just greeting you. I asked her was she not used to greeting guests. She said these people dont speak.
