Visited this location October 7, 2021Great tourist destination! One of the best Bass Pro Shops that I have visited. This location has an on-site restaurant, bowling ally, and I believe an hotel on the inside. For a fee you ride to the top of the pyramid for an overview of the Mississippi River. The staff here are awesome, friendly, and nice. This location catered to St. Jude patients. St. Jude kids don’t forget to get your FREE fudge, and take advantage of your St. Jude discount on your purchases.

Stopped by this location for the first time and it’s pretty nice inside. We checked out all the fish areas, watched the driver hand feed the fish, looked around the entire first floor & made a purchase. We we’re just stopping by so we didn’t go upstairs.

What a class act! Johnny Morris is indeed a brilliant businessman who has created a destination tourist attraction out of a retail store. You cant miss the huge pyramid situated on the east side of the Arkansas/ Tennessee state line that houses the Bass Pro Shop. My wife and I spent most of our last vacation day here shopping, drinking, eating and sightseeing from the observation deck on top of this iconic structure. A perfect rainy day activity. Although it was quite expensive we loved the view and the staff at this unique restaurant on top of the pyramid. I cant compliment the hostess and waitress enough, both made us feel like regulars and family! A must see while in Memphis.

Awesome tourist visit. The biggest bass pro shop building I ever seen. A must go. They even have wahlburgers (Mark Wahlberg) restaurant.

Amazing & phenomenal are an understatement. If you are in Memphis, visit this place. You will not be disappointed. I went to the observation deck and the restaurant at the bowling alley. Put simply, it was a great time.

Admittedly a little scary, but well worth going to the top and seeing the wonderful views!

Unbelievable! I did not know this place existed until an air bnb host told me to check it out (I was only in the area for a day). I went on a whim and so glad I did - i spent hours in here checking everything out. Live alligators, gigantic fish, a conservation exhibit upstairs, a bowling alley, gift shops, and every inch is insanely decorated. There is a balcony up the elevator and wow! What a view of Memphis from there! I bought a beer at the restaurant bar at the top (be warned, $8 for a miller lite!) and even met some new friends while I was there enjoying the view. But I think I gave them the wrong number by mistake, so Ethan Christian Austin Chad and Josh if youre reading this, get the # for Calm Hypnosis and hmu lol!Please visit this cool spot if youre in the area, its near Beale St, you wont regret it and theres a lot to see!

Really cool. Definitely worth a trip.

I highly recommend Martini cocktails and seared scallops. The view is simply spectacular!

I saw the video and I must say, I simply cannot wait to force my wife and 7 children on the holy pilgrimage to the hallowed grounds. The 8th wonder of the world.

Walburg restaurant- First off waitress was very friendly. After order, food came out 40 min and cold and missing half of order. Sent back cold order, they didnt bring out rest of missing order until the cold order was recooked in deep fryer (which came out burnt). Time all food got to table, the rest was cold..I will never recommend this restaurant.

The Raddest Bass Pro Ive Ever Seen Or Been To! Cool Experience. Alot Of Cool Equipment Guns, Compound Bows ect. Real Nice Taxidermy & Tanks Exhibits Too. Also Really Cool Overlooking Tower, To See Tennessee & Arkansas At The Same Time.

A lot of items in stock that are not at my local store, but it’s very dark in there. Needs better lighting

Cool place to stop and see but the service though out the hotel was terrible.Food service, hotel staff and mostly everyone that worked here was lazy and irritated if you needed anything.

Me & my wife frequently visit this place to eat dinner at wahl burger formerly fish bowl OMG we order the Our Burger and loaded tots food was not good at all Im really disappointed since we been coming here for last couple months sometimes twice a month the food was a waste I loved the fish yall should never stop serving it i do not recommending this place to eat we will not be returning

Tried to eat at the Whalburgers. The place was a ghost town but it still took us 20 minutes to be seated. Apparently you have to guess what they have in stock and what is in specific food items because the servers and staff have no clue. We walked out.

Nice place to walk around and look at things and have a place to eat inside the top floor floor kind of pricey

This is my kids favorite place to stay now!

They closed thirty minutes early and wouldnt even let my three year old daughter use the restroom. Horrible experience, no excuse for such terrible customer service

Called for the status of my background check and the operator hung up on me twice. As soon as I stated the nature of my call. I guess they don’t really need workers then?.. Either way it was very rude.
