Nice place for date night. Bae and I stopped in for cigars and a cognac. The staff was a little Im so over this but other than that the music, crowd just the atmosphere was great, we will be going back 👍

Decent place, but attended an event. Told it was 15.00 per person. Provided debit card. No problem until received bank statement. Charged $36 vs $30 dollars. Likely, I wasnt the only client...so this business steals.

Went here to get my husband some local flavored Tennessee cigars. I am completely oblivious to cigars but the lady that helped me was FREAKING AWESOME!! She took her time and didnt rush me or get frustrated. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I would come back just to hang out and have a drink while my hubby smokes a cigar.

Everyone who helped us here was friendly and hospitable. Drinks were great although they didn’t have mint for a mojito. Bartender gave us local recommendations that turned out to be good as well.

Just visited this lounge as a recommendation for the first time. Came with the wife and friends. We are not locals. None of us smoke but I ended up buying five cigars. The customer service was great! The band was great! The wings were excellent. Definitely recommend. If I ever visit Memphis again I will certainly make this a priority

We went on Beale bike night.It was very busy and I choose a sweet treat cigar. They are very professional with offering to cut and light cigar. We will go much earlier next time so we can get a seat, and order a cocktail or two. It was great seeing the bikes and people watching.

Used debit to pay admission and the chick added a whole $6 bucks. Cant trust this establishment my debit card. Coudlnt dispute with bank without a receipt or dispute whole charge. Didnt want to do a whole charge back considering $30 was due to the merchant.. love the place, but take cash....So unfortunate .

What a great place to sit and enjoy a fine cigar, premium alcohol and great company. Rob is a great man. Christa took very good care of us and is very pleasant and cheerful. They make you feel welcome. Rob has a huge variety of cigars, but I would recommend a Beale st. Cigar.

Finally got my husband to join the Havana gang..... He loves it as I knew he would. We started our cigar craze in Houston Texas... This is the CLOSEST place to the cigar lounges in Houston hands down anywhere else in the city is ONLY trying.

First of I just what to say that this place made me fell welcomed as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I was here for a cocktails and cigar for beginners class. So was early so I set down.. as I was once again greeted by the staff. I even had the bartender come to my table and took me drink order.. I felt like a regular. The class was Awesome.. I learned so much and Mingle with some great people.. I will definitely be back . Hats off to Havana Mix !!!

Nice laid back place. We were there for the Superbowl game. Staff seemed very friendly. This is one of our go to spots when in Memphis. The food and drinks are always on point as well.

Havana Mix is conveniently located downtown, lots of seating indoor or out and friendly staff and customers. The bartender makes a great Old Fashioned and the humidor is nicely stocked.

One of the best Cigar Bars in the nation! I am an over the road truck driver and Ive visited many places across the U.S. I love the atmosphere and the staff at this location. They are always very well stocked. I will purposely wait until I get a chance to visit this location to fulfill my cigar needs. Truly one of the highlights of the Memphis experience. Superb location a block over from Beall St.

It was ok. Spent over $100 sticks but they didnt act like they gave a damn if I came in or not. Just got my stuff and dipped out. Wasnt worth hanging out.

New manager working and shes amazing. She was all over the place and attentive to everyone. The Dominoes were still put up due to covid, however a mask was only required if you werent smoking or drinking. And everyone was doing that. Thats the only thing that stopped 5 stars, to me.

Loved this place if I ever visit Memphis again this will be the reason

I came into Memphis from Birmingham, Alabama, on music-related business with a friend, and on my free time, I decided to stop in at Robusto Havana Mix, because Im a big fan of Bar Rescue. I was IMMEDIATELY impressed by the ambiance of the place. Despite the fact that Im not a cigar smoker, the staff was still VERY friendly, and attentive to my every need. Im not up here very often-maybe a few times a year-but I WILL be back!

This is definitely always a stop to have some drinks and purchase a few cigars when we visit my mom in Memphis. Love the atmosphere, also weve caught a few live bands before all of these pandemic issues began. Now my brother and his lady like to go visit as well when were in town.

Well since I wouldve been working there if it wasnt for what happened to me. It is a very nice place to go hang out at. Thats if you dont mind the smoke obviously. Lol..Robbh the sons owner is AWESOME!!

Newcomers - especially women - beware...Unfortunately this is the kind of place where women are openly unwelcome. Bear in mind that rude, hostile and overbearing regulars are allowed free reign over everyone else, and store employees will NOT intervene to ensure the comfort, satisfaction, or safety of vulnerable customers. If youre okay with being hassled by random men who should have no authority over your shopping experience (and ignored if you express your discomfort to the staff), by all means come here. Otherwise Id strongly suggest exploring other venues that prioritize equitable treatment of ALL customers: male, female, new and old.

What can I say about Robustos? I have been, a K.O.T.L for the past 17 years. I’ve seen the most extravagant lounges, as well as the most meager, where cigars are sold out of the back of trailers. However, Robustos Havana Mix, has made light work of combining both a decadent and cozy smoking experience; removing all the angst that one would typically experience at a snobbish facility. Robustos boasts an atmosphere that is good for all men, as well as women. If you ever find yourself in the Memphis, near Beale St. check them out.

This place is nice if you want to enjoy the “idea” of smoking cigars but not the actual place for a cigar connoisseur. The lady with the short cut in the humidor made it hard for me to browse their selection so I could make a choice. Overall it was an okay experience. I’m willing to give them another try!

When we was browsing the gentleman that was working was very helpful & helped us on picking out a fine cigar that suited us. The staff was all friendly, they was full of smiles, clean spot, great atmosphere. I will always come back to Havana Mix every time that I’m in town & will recommend it to my friends & family.
