Came to look at a new phone and April was definitely did not hesitate to give me the help needed she was very helpful with alot of choices I was interested in and looked to show me every phone that would accommodate my needs. Being from Texas we dont have to many nice people that you can walk into a store and get offered help appropriately so it felt good to walk into a store and get the help needed. Thank you April for everything Ill definitely look into coming back in the long run

Walk in the store and the system was down. And they said your phone will not be cut off.. They lied to me -. So i will not go again

This is the best MetroPCS store in Memphis. Love the ladies that work here because theyve been super nice and helped out when I had issues trying to get my contacts imported. Its a small store and its the only MetroPCS that I go to because all of the woman that work here are super friendly. I switched to MetroPCS from Crickett because the Crickett employees at the corporate store on Union Ave are a bunch a racists white haters.

The website says their open til 730, and I get there at 655, the lady working saw me turn off my car and she turned out the lights to the store. I was going to buy a new phone but instead Im gonna write this review and say that store either sucks bad or they need to change the hours on their website so people dont waste there time and their gas. So they get a no star review from me.

It would be great if customers could have a week extension instead of 72 hours.
