They charged me for a battery and replaced the screen and whwn I took it home to chargw it up, it lasted only and little while and went back out, after taking it back they then stated it was the mother board. If you dont want to get messed over stay way from them

Took my money to fix the screen but didn’t mentioned the facial recognition was broken and needed to be replaced and that is an additional fee

There’s a really helpful employee there named Johnny. Very helpful very friendly and knowledgeable. The other guy couldn’t take his face out of his tablet for two seconds while he was playing call of duty to help me find a phone case. Other than that very great service great pricing. This guy sells me a phone today, tells me its a 32g Iphone 5s which I asked for and I found out its really a 16g after Ive already bought it. Then, I find out the battery charge indicator reads different charge levels every time you reboot the phone, then, the phone spontaneously reboots itself every couple of minutes. Try to navigate apps, reboots in the middle of what youre doing, try to make a call, reboots only a few sentences into the call. Dont do anything it reboots after a couple of minutes anyway. Turn the phone completely off, unplug it then plug it back in, still completely off, and as soon as you stick the blade connector into the charge port, it turns itself on. Gets way too hot during charging. The double bladed end of the charge cord gets absurdly hot while its in the socket during charging. I take it back and am told he will get a 32g in Tues or Wed. He takes the phone plugs it into the wall charger no more or less than 5 or 10 seconds and says its charging fine and hands it back to me. I ask for my money back and am told they dont give refunds but will gladly swap out if he gets one in Tues or Wed. I respond that he already told me he would get one in then and will he or will he not because I need what I paid for, he sold me a phone as one thing and told me it was another. He tells me I can call in to see if one comes in Tues or Wed. and I leave hot. Theres a note on the receipt I didnt notice at the time of purchase, nor was I told prior to purchase or at any time during the purchase, that, there are no refunds, and there is a three day return policy. Today is Saturday, I wont be surprised if he doesnt get what I asked for until Wed, and then invokes the three day policy. Im furious, Im gonna stick it to him until he gets me what I asked for and subsequently paid for, and actually works the way its supposed to, otherwise I will then proceed to report him to the BBB and if nothing is gained by that, he may likely find himself in small claims court. Avoid this place at all costs. I wouldnt be shocked to find out hes selling hot phones in there.Dont fall for his garbage!!

I didnt buy anything from them because the stench of cigarettes was overpowering as soon as I entered the door. I looked at one phone case, which was 3xs more than on Amazon (same exact case.) From the short time I was in there (1-2 minutes,) the disgusting cigarette smell was all over me and I could taste it in my mouth. Had to ride with all the windows down, just to get the stench off of me. Double Yuck! Isnt it against the law to smoke in establishments in Tennessee??

Took my cell in to get 1 repair on my power button cost me over $125 and then took my phone home and realized the camera wasnt working now...I told them but they would not fix what they messed up while repairing....I wont go back there.

Bought a phone and found it online for a third of what I paid for. They will not give you information unless you ask them. They will not tell you this but they do not give refunds so think and do your research before buying here
