Over the years we have bought 2 cars and a motorcycle from Peck Daniel. I have been pleased with all the transactions. Unlike the other dealers I have bought cars from, its the only place I have bought a vehicle where I didnt have to spend hours negotiating what I thought was a reasonable deal. Wish I could give a big fat zero 0! The salesman was a very nice elderly man, however, when we went in to do our application the manager was very rude! He never said hello or addressed us at all. The salesman took him our app and he starts questioning the salesman in a very aggressive manner about our qualifications. Then he turns to us (still hasnt even said hello) and asks how much money we got down. When we told him he just says Nope and had nothing else to say! Then their cars look like theyve been sitting for a while! Id never go back here or recommend anyone here. The manager seems like a racist and his salesman was an old black man, I wonder why the mngr. was talking so rude to his employee who is a very nice soft spoken elderly black man! It pissed me off

I live outside Memphis, but when I get ready for a car or truck I go to Peck Daniel Auto Sales and purchase my vehicle. Talk to either Brother and you cant go wrong. Been a satisfied customer for over 30+ years.

Benny told me he would put the title in the mail as soon as he he check cleared but 10 days after it cleared no news from Peck Daniels. When I called to follow they said they didn’t have the title from who they purchased it from. So when they told me they would put the title in the mail when the check cleared, it was a total lie.The car also has a large water leak that can’t be missed. When the car is washed it floods the front seats. It would have been nice to know about this before purchase.

Bought a 2010 HHR, sight unseen (pictures only) over the phone. Paid for it on a Thursday, 2 days later (Saturday) it was delivered to me (Chicago) couldnt be happier. Also, I am not sure if you have tried to drive to the dealerships on Covington Pike lately, but let me tell you it is a disaster with all of the construction.
