I can not say enough good things about Bella! I changed my mind several times about what I wanted my bridesmaids to wear and all the bella employees were so helpful and patient with me each appointment! My girls dresses were absolutely beautiful and the Bella girls made our experience wonderful 💓

The store and women there are so friendly, helpful, and supportive of the brides vision for her day! They were also very good with communication and updates! Would recommend for any brides, especially ones with out of town friends!

So bridemaid got her dress today. Did not fit.400.00 dressCalled and was basically told that they could do nothing except sell her a dress off clearance rack. No alterations - no refunds.Called David’s Bridal and was told to come in with dress and they could help.So - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Recommend David’s Bridal

So happy i got my bridesmaids dresses from here! They sent out emails to all bridesmaids to make sure everyone ordered by the due date so i did not have to worry about any of that. They also answered all of my questions immediately and i asked ALOT of questions.Some bridesmaids ordered the wrong size and they fixed that for me with no problems. Overall, amazing customer service.

All I had to do was pick out the bridesmaids dress and they handled everything else! Great selection, but requires a try on/fitting fee even with appointment.Update: response to owner. Unfortunately I couldnt know if I wanted to order from Bella without paying the fitting fee first. Which is too bad, because the dresses are gorgeous and difficult to find in the area.

Staff was great. I like the fact that they take pictures of you in your dress and post it to your own private site.

Place was close but looking through the window are the dresses are pretty.

They are by far the worst customer service business I have encountered. They completely screwed up my measurements and then told me the wrong size for my best friends wedding. They did not tell us the dresses ran small and then accused me of gaining weight and not working out and thats the reason my dress size changed. They did not take responsibility for their mistake and would not even try and help fix the issue. I would have even been ok with a small reimbursement or exchange. I understand paying some for a whole new dress. But that does not mean I should have to pay for the whole thing. They have totally given me the run around and will cover their own mistakes up even if it means totally screwing over someones big day. They say they do not put people in dress sizes but that is a lie. One of the ladies told me according to my measurements I am a certain size then I ordered it per a professionals advice. Then I received my dress and it was way too small! I called to try and get it fixed then I was completely insulted by being told I was gaining weight out of control. My measurements have not changed. They type notes in their computers to cover up their own mistakes for each other. I do not recommend them to anyone!! They only want your money and will not help you at all if something goes wrong.
