It was friendly and not crowded. Was looking for a pair of tennis but they did not have but I did see a substitute but if I cannot find I know where I will go to get that substitute. Thank you.

They didnt have any shoes in a wide with so there wasnt anything for me there.

Good but many latinos come there but no size for us they just have shows for big mens size 8 and up but they never have size 7 and 7 1/2

I went into the store today and staff there was not friendly or helpful! I finally walked up to them and asked a question about some children shoes and she just said naw to my question! I want return thank you!

Very clean store! The manager and sales associate were very helpful and ever so friendly.

We asked very nicely for one of the associates to pull up her mask and she went completely of the rails.

Did find what I wanted but they dont carry a lot of wide shoes

Visited this store on Tues Dec 24 2019 to make a return during my lunch break.The cashier observed the shoes and claimed they were worn. I explained to her I had only tried them on and the size was too small. Since they did not have my size I asked for refund. She said I could only receive store credit. I thought that was inappropriate but I decided to pick out something else.I asked questions about other shoes and both employees did not engage or act polite at all. They were rude and barely responsive. Some people are just not qualified or professional enough to work in customer service.I decided to take my shoes to there store on popular and the cashier greeted me and was polite. She observed my shoes with no mention of wear. she immediately granted me a refund. If I make any future purchases from the Rack Room I will drive the extra distance to visit the popular location and I suggest you do the same.

Employees are rude and very unhelpful consistently.....and retail stores use to have a dress standard back in the day now a days it just seems as if employees can wear anything to work...Corporate just dont care anymore!

Tjmax is one of my favorite stores for clothing and purses. They almost always have a very good selection of name brand purses at reduced prices. Great selection of ladies, mens and kids clothes again name brand for discounted prices. They do have some shoes but not a huge selection. You can often find some good quality rugs and household ornaments and knicknacks and one off pieces of furniture.

Had very good experience.. the store manager helped me a great deal.. Im am disabled...one employee was quite rude and didnt want to help me at all... I bought 2 pairs of shoes and am very satisfied... especially with the store manager..

Im going to get straight to the point, The cashier was ungracious and unattentive.I want to strongly recommend that you dont waste your time or money shopping at this location. For any Senior Management reading this you should consider improving the culture in this store.The employees there are a reflection of your company and you. That reflection is poor service and lost customers. Theres to many competitors and places to purchase merchandise. This kind of behavior will eventually shut this store down.

I used to love Rack Room but over the past 5 years my opinion has drastically changed. Where there was once variety, you now find limited and boring options. I used to consider the prices a bargain, now most items could be found cheaper elsewhere. The stores are also consistently understaffed. You basically have one person on the register and one on the floor. Sorry to my shorty friends - those top shelf shoes just might not be attainable. With the other options available in the city, there is no reason to shop at Rack Room anymore. It was nice while it lasted...

Store manager, Tdra could be alot nicer. But nice products. New Balance shoes labeled wrong and would not honor the clearance price.

Went in to buy my son shoes asked the clerk if that had sizes in the 2 shoes I had and without even looking at me replied no. I just stood there until she looked up and was like really and I walked off. I laid the shoes on the floor and she then came up to me on the aisle my son was on and then decided she would play clerk and ask did I want her to see in the back or call another store . I politely said no and we left. I was going to buy him 2 pairs of shoes and could very well have bought myself a pair too.

Second time coming in here. I came with a elderly lady the first time n E. treated her like she was bothering her! Did not want to help. I come in again about 5 months latter n she have not changed a bit. No Nike sandles from this location! Ill try Germantown location.Self service look like. Smh
