I was on a hunt for some whole beans when I stumbled across this place. Great vibes all the way around. The team was very pleasant and informative. The coffee is fantastic and the customer service is grade A. Im looking forward to trying their other options.

Last year during my trip to Memphis, I became obsessed with the food and coffee at Sunrise Memphis. After finding out they were using J Brooks Coffee, once I got home, I started ordering online. They fill and send the order so quickly. Love Onyx and this last order, I am now enjoying Urban Joe.

I couldnt say enough good things about John and his son David. They are extremely passionate about the coffee they make and Ive tried every medium and dark roast they roast. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is a must try in my opinion.

J Brooks does a great job roasting coffee - they are craft roasters who study their craft and produce excellent coffee across the spectrum of roasts. They are also scrupulously honest in their dealings with the farmers as well as customers.John has been a great encouragement to me personally as a home roaster. He is generous with his time and expertise. I give him and the company my highest marks.

I just absolutely Love this brand of coffee. I was never much of a coffee drinker but after I had my son I suddenly started to crave coffee all of the time. I was lucky enough not to have a baby that kept me up every night so I am not sure why I started jonesing for coffee but, I did, and J. Brooks was there. I worked at Staks Pancake Kitchen at the time (you should eat there and have the coffee!) so I was blessed with delicious cups of Morning Mercy and Gallant every day! Yummy! Keep up the good coffee!!!

One of my favorite local roasters EVER! Great customer service. I have frequently ordered online and always received great products in a timely manner. Excellent customer service too. Love giving this coffee as gifts whenever we go somewhere new! Onyx and Old World are our family favorites!

I decided that I wanted to try fresh locally roasted coffee beans, so today I visited J Brooks for the first time. The staff was so welcoming and helped me find the perfect bean and the perfect roast. I made one of the best cups of coffee this afternoon thanks to J Brooks. I cant wait to return to buy a new roast.

JBrooks Coffee Roasters is a wonderful company. It is very evident in your interactions with them that they care about their customers and they care about their product. The staff of JBrooks are so personable and willing to answer any questions. They are passionate about coffee and love sharing that with others. My husband and I have yet to try a roast we didnt like, but of course have our favorites, like Gallant and Cafe Noel. Please give them a try, and if you dont have the best experience, let them know and they will do their best to rectify whatever was not pleasant. Youll be glad you tried their coffee!

J Brooks is a great source for the best small batch roasted coffees Ive ever had. Being a fan of dark roast, I especially like Bootleg and their Latin American coffees.

Overall the best coffee I have ever had. Each blend is wonderfully unique. Morning Mercy is light and delicate. Bootleg is heavy and resonant - none of their blends are bitter. All of the JBrooks blends score high for aroma, acidity, body, flavor and aftertaste.You cant do better than JBrooks!
