Working Downtown in Memphis I have become a regular weekly customer here. Centrally located and always well stocked and kept meticulously clean. I usually am waited on by Chris, very nice guy and very knowledgeable. Chris makes an effort to get to know his regulars and that is why I keep coming back. Keep up the great stuff guys!

The owner of this store was rude as hell. I dont recommend this store. Go to the store around the corner called @ Downtown Winery and Spirits and their alcohol is way cheaper.This owner is prejudice and expects you to spend your hard working money in his store but want to talk to people any kind of way. I never go back there when Im in town!!!!

Went to this store because it was convenient to my hotel. The staff was very rude and prejudice. He yelled and said condescending things. Everyone that was in the store at the time put their purchases back. Please do not spend Your hard earned money at this store.Your response is Inaccurate. I had no problem showing ID. He requested the ID from a person in a wheelchair who was not capable of reaching the counter. Again your staff is very rude and unprofessional.

His behavior was absolutely ridiculous!

The father or thee owner is rude..insist you put money in hos hand but will not reciprocate by putting your purchase in my hand,so he refuse to serve me and gave me my money back.

Was heading to a gathering to celebrate a friends accomplishment.It was last-minute for all of us, so I didnt have a chance to go out and buy a proper gift.I thought I would have to drive a few miles away to either buy the gift or grab a quick bottle of wine to let her know I was thinking about her. I dont like walking into places empty-handed.Then, I spotted this new wine and spirits store. I found a parking space and was able to walk to her downtown condo with ease.The ladies running the store were very helpful in my effort to pick a nice bottle for the specific occasion. I know my friend likes red wine, but Im better at picking white wine.The whole transaction took five minutes and I arrived at the celebration on time.This specific area has been a difficult hub to grab a quick bottle of wine to present at a get-together and I am glad to know this location is now available for a last-minute purchase.Woot!

Get your beer somewhere else.Ive come here every week to buy my beer since I moved downtown. Got a six pack tonight and the beer was flat. Its never been an issue before. I took it back and was told I was out of luck. Theyve been friendly in the past, but unfortunately utterly unhelpful when there was actually an issue. Bummer.Edit--I went back today after getting the response to this review. After I was told again there was nothing wrong with my beer, I showed him the review response from the owner and he still did not offer to take it back or replace it unless the distributor gave him a credit in the following week. He was combative and very clear that I was not going to be getting my beer or a refund today. Maybe next Thursday. I left my number and the unopened beers. Really disappointed.

This is a great addition to downtown! The selection of wines and liquor is solid, their beer selection isnt vast, but its ample, and the prices are competitive with other stores in Memphis. Its great to have a store downtown that doesnt seem to be adding some automatic downtown tax to the price of anything. Please everyone, stop by and buy a bottle of whatever you like so we can make sure to keep such a great place in business!

Its pricey and every time Ive been in there, I feel like the guy behind the counter is almost angry at me for buying liquor. Not a great staff.

Great Selection and loved the customer service. They have a certified sommelier on staff . the location is perfect and they do wine tasting on Friday evenings!

Very rude staff. The staff member behind the register called me “stupid” for not using the pin pad correctly. I’ve definitely been served better by the staff at McDonalds.
