Super friendly workers EVEN with COVID ramping back up over the weekend - All the staff were super sweet, helpful & all had great attitudes given the stressful restrictions. Although the staff was amazing, the store was out of stock on mostly every item I needed/wanted to purchase. Also super high prices on balloons & their helium. $45 plus for 10 balloons....

I went here to find party items for my daughters 8th birthday party. They had some items, but the store did not seem to be stocked well. I felt limited on my creativity. I guess I would come here if I needed helium balloons... but thats all!

Obviously if it has anything to do with parties and or birthdays this is the place to go they have everything decorative birthday Entourage costumes and yearly holidays such as New Years and so on so forth balloon selections cars you name it they got it

Not fully stocked, may be due to the pandemic. But I love the cashiers. Feels like family. You know the nice ones that sit you down, cut on your favorite show and fix you a plate. Love shopping there.

The air conditioning was out in the store. Customer complaining, worker sweating just unpleasant couldnt stay. Balloon selection need to be restocked. Not enough merchandise.

They had a decent selection and customer service was AWESOME.

Rude customer service, store didnt have much in it. Had to ask for help, still didnt help. Left without products.

This place has very little product, quite a bit of what they have is old stock and damaged. They seem to only hire kids, who couldnt care less if they greet you or not. You cant ask them a question because they just look at you like why are you bothering me? The only reason we go in there is because they have a good selection of greeting cards. Lousy service!

This is a nice place to discover hard to find unique party accessories. While some items may be cheaper at other stores, they dont have the selection this place has. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

So I was on hold for 10 minutes and then got hung up on. That is the worst customer service. They have new hours and their website does not display that. This store is the worst party store in the Memphis area. I dont even understand how they are still open. Awful customer service. I recommend no one go there. Walmart will give you better service. And that is sad.

Large store with a lot of stuff but small amounts in each section, for example - very small selection in the girls birthday section. I left empty handed and sad.

I dont know if it is because of the virus but the inventory seemed very low. We thought the prices were high

Great visit..was in and out fairly quickly with exactly what i came for. I needed balloons filled and everyone was very nice, especially the young lady who helped me. (Too bad i didnt get her name but she was wearing a navy blue onesie pj with a long Santa hat (lol, i think they had spirit day or something like that)).

I was looking for some inexpensive coloured full face masks.. I found what I wanted but they were more expensive than i remembered.

Staff is extremely slow. I only needed balloons filled. The one older lady worked the balloon desk and check out, so while I was waiting on balloons she kept goin back and forth if a customer needed to be checked out. This carried on for at least 20 minutes before I asked if any one else was in the back that could help. Turns out there were several other workers who just wasnt doing anything. Overall, items are over priced and this location offers very poor customer service. Save the time and hassle and JUST GO TO PARTY CITY.

Closed at 2:50pm the lady seen use walking to the door and locked it and turned all the lights out. The hours on the doors says closed at 5pm. She looked at us they the door.

Veey low stock on most everything except Halloween costumes. Disappointed, this used to be my go to place for party goods. 😞
