Bought an item that was broken in the package and I didnt notice. I called the number on the package instead of going back to Walmart, where I got it, and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. Sent me a replacement and even went the extra mile to make us happy. Nothing but respect from me.

All of my grandkids love their products, especially anything with Realtree on it! Love that they make their sippy cups in the US too!
