This place has great items! They regularly post to their Instagram and you can call in to buy and pick up later. Their items are in very good condition. The prices were fair, staff was pleasant. I will definitely be going back!

Like others have mentioned, the older gentleman is rude and made a lot of rude comments about mothers. I heard him arguing with a woman about how light car seats arent safe and it was pretty comical how crazy he sounded but on a realer note it was really unprofessional and a lot of his points werent true.

We paid $500 under list price for a 2 year old stroller, it works amazingly and the people running this store were honest and straight forward about the condition prior to our purchasing it.

Just left the store with a bunch of my girlfriends. Such a great experience, lots of great finds, and don’t know what I would do without this place. I can’t afford to pay full price, but I love to have nice things! This place answers that for me, I can afford to get such nicer items here than at other stores paying retail. The employees were so helpful and knowledgeable, went out of their way to assist me, even helping me carry items to my car. Love to find stores like this that are one of a kind! Shop small business

Lots of great finds! Very sweet family that runs it and clearly puts A LOT OF WORK into the store and customer service! Been buying lots here for my babies for years and so appreciative of this store, since I save so much money! Sad to read the negative reviews from others, never had any bad experience ever! All positive! When the stores mission is to save you money and allow you buy items with items you trade in and not cash- such a blessing! So glad they are here!

Older gentleman claims to personally inspect each and every item prior to buying and re-selling. He sold us a new in box crib with rust stains all over the metal mattress support. He sold us a bassinet with a broken frame lock which renders the bassinet completely useless. Dont risk your childs safety - find another reseller or just buy new.

Fun place to explore baby goods! You never know what you will find and most prices are 1/2 or more off retail! Great small business, family owned and clearly they work really hard and go out of there way for their customers! Very fair, fun & a gem in OC!

Older male at the store (owner’s father I believe) told my wife “this is why I don’t speak to women”.Not a lie- have video.Insane.We spent so much money on this store.No apology. His wife said again and again that it was just something he said because he was frustrated.2 star review because I’m actually an honest person and we enjoyed it before the workers became insane

So glad to find this store. As a dad, babies are expensive trust me. Help me save so much money with my twins, don’t know what I would do without it. I love that I could sell back items I buy for cash, since these guys outgrow stuff so fast! Great customer service, love that items get posted to Instagram daily, and wonderful selection of items. Thank you lil posh for Being such a great store, and it’s real important for me to support small family owned business!

Went in a few days ago and was expecting a much bigger store. They had a large section with great strollers/car seats but not so much of anything else. Things seemed unorganized and to top it off there were two employees in the store who did not greet us (husband and myself), did not ask us if we needed assistance or had questions and were very loudly speaking about some issues they had with someone’s mom. The customer service was a 1 Star but because of the nice selection they had in strollers/car seats I gave them 2. We are also from San Diego and I was so excited shop there but because of the customer service I don’t think I will ever go back. And to the store employees, please work on it. You never know who will be walking in your store and because of that ONE experience I had, I won’t be recommending your store.

Deceitful and dishonest! Be careful - great selection of items, but don’t get sucked in by thinking you have to buy something now or you’ve lost it to someone else. They use the term “just in” loosely. A chair was posted several times over a period of weeks, never changing the price or description with the tag “just in”. Scroll through Instagram to find out when it was first listed and you may be able to bargain if they’re trying to offload a larger item. Also, after commenting on their lack of integrity, they blocked me on Instagram. An even greater disappointment in their lack of integrity and transparency.

Checked out this store today and the customer service was so terrible it made me want to leave a review. A blonde laday was on the phone when we walked in. Did not greet me, my friend, or my grouchy toddler. So I already picked out what I wanted and had it on the counter, the lady proceeds to pick up the phone walk around and answer questions on the phone as my toddler is now angry and throwing a fit. So I decided to put my stuff back and walk out. As I am leaving the store the lady asks me did you guys need help with anything?

Everytime I go there they make it seem like what ever I have is terrible and it wouldnt sell and they say we can only give you like umm maybe this much. I have givin them so many chances over the years with both my kids but never again. They are very rude and they should remind them selves they own a kids resale boutique not the Ritz. Be nicer to people. I have very great things that I spent a ton of money on. I will never go here again. Total rip off. Dont go there.

What a shady business! No compassion whatsoever. I understand that when in comes to charity, especially in business, you have to draw a line. But when I found out about this, I was absolutely shocked...A young couple who was expecting their first baby came in not too long ago and picked out many items, including a beautiful rocking chair for the nursery. Mustve paid at least $150, it was adorable. They ended up returning with it a few days ago, packing material still clinging to it. Turns out they lost their baby and now had to part with everything theyd purchased, so naturally they returned their unused items to where they got them from, Lil Posh. They explained their situation to the owner. Her response: I can only give you 40, itll barely sell at 80. Clearly they were never used and she knew the situation, but still she only gave them that small amount. The couple took it only cuz they just didnt want to be left with the burdensome reminders. I shouldve said something then, but I didnt. Got home later and decided to look up the chair on her Facebook. Not only did she give them WAY less then what they paid her for it, she flipped it for $120 almost as soon as she reposted it. Unbelievable! She shouldve given them their money back or at least given them half the selling price as promised. Way to kick someone while theyre down.
