I contacted. David Folk at the company and he immediately returned my call. We set an appointment time and met then he made some suggestions to me while sharing styles and colors. The price was good so I ask him to give me a completion date. The company showed up on the exact date and time and installed.

My wife and I purchased a building to use as the office for my business. The front needed some help! I had seen several awnings around and Id find the Parasol label so I gave them a call. Scott Folk was our salesperson, made recommendations, we ordered our awning and it was installed quickly. We decided to add a soffit to the awning and we are extremely happy with our awning and with Parasol, we highly recommend Scott and Parasol Awning!

I ordered a replacement awning for one that I had ordered in 2006. It is still in good condition. The process was verysimple. There were many fabrics and patterns from which to choose. I picked the awning up today and it looks beautiful over my porch. I recommend this company and will use them again if the need arises. Great customer service.

Loved working with Parasol! They were able to repair a GIANT canopy for my companys big rig very quickly, and for a great price. We dropped the canopy off, and less than a week later, we were back in business. They helped to accommodate our difficult schedule when the truck was between stops during our summer show season, and were very easy to work with.

This Memphis based company really went above and beyond to accompany my needs. The salesmen were easy to reach and polite, the prices were the best I found anywhere, and the service was great. My new, custom awning looks great and provides shade and relief from the hot sun as well.

My company has been in the process of working with Parasol Awnings LLC on a quote for our property. We are immigrants from another country, and have been successful business owners for over 25 years now. We do have an accent that is quite thick, and we have been working really hard to be patient with others as we communicate. We have rarely run into people who are not willing to be patient with us, like we are with them. At times, our daughter will help with relaying information between parties because it makes the process faster; however, our children cannot always do that because they are at work or school. Again, we are business owners, so we have been doing well, regardless of our accent. We understand that when communication is difficult, it may be frustrating; however, we have never received such terrible customer service in our lives. Customer service should be one of the top priorities in a company, because, well, what business do you have with no customers? We have had an awful and humiliating experience with Parasol Awning LLC for several reasons.First, their employment rearrangement impeded in their ability to provide service in a timely manner. A previous case manager, who were working with to provide us with a quote, had left the company in the middle of our quoting process. That is fine, we are willing to work with other people; however, we were never contacted about what happened. We simply just stopped receiving calls and emails about our quote and answers to our questions. There was no notice, and more importantly, there were no follow ups. We did not know until we called after a week of silence and found out that there were some rearrangements in staffing. We definitely do not need to be a part of that, but as a customer, we expect that there should be proper and timely follow-ups on accounts that are in process.Secondly, once we found out that the reason why we did not get a quote was because there was a staff change, we called the main office to try and request a quote from the new employee in charge of quoting. We called several times in the span of 3 weeks. We were constantly told that he would give us a call back because he stepped out of the office. Well, we NEVER got a call back.Finally, we were given his cell phone number, which he did call back on. Why were we told that we would get a call back, if they were never going to call back? We also called the office during different times of the day. Why is the employee NEVER in the office? I understand he may be getting measurements or quotes, but as someone working in serving customers, it is important to reply in a timely manner. Lastly, we gave a call (at this point our daughter gave the call) to the cell phone number that was finally provided to us. We left a message for a call back, and we understand that we cannot answer the phone every time it rings. He called us back very quickly, and we appreciated that. Upon answering the phone and telling this gentleman what we were looking for, he told our daughter that he cannot work with us because he cannot understand us because we cannot speak English. Well, we can speak English, we just have an accent. If someone who lived in America all their lives went to a different country to live, they would have an accent too. Also, the problem is not entirely just refusal of service, which they have the right to do. The problem is that they wasted our time by not getting back in a timely manner, and they were very rude about it. Us waiting for an answer, impeded in the process of pursuing other awning suppliers. As experienced customer service providers, we can say that this company has had horrendous customer service from beginning to end. We are glad that we did not give them our business if that is the kind of employees they staff. We will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
