Never went because they didnt work on Audis. But had a good phone conversation, he recommended some other shops that specialize in the type of vehicle that I have.

I love Midtown Autowerks. Ive been using them for about 2.5 years and will not go anywhere else. They never try to convince me to pay for unnecessary services, and I can say that Im confident knowing when they tell me what needs to be done.

I truly must say, this was one of my best car experiences. I definitely will be using them for all future repairs and services!!! Fully explained all repairs and even when other necessary repairs were discovered, the technician fully explained and though it cost a little more than planned, I am grateful for their expertise!!!

Ive been using Midtown Autowerks since moving to the area several years ago. The primary reason I keep going back is because of those who work there and the work they do. Despite having an older Mini Cooper with plenty of niggles, each time theyve been able to address the issue and get the job done all the while keeping me informed. The shop is always a hive of activity yet clean, organised, and well maintained creating a professional image to those walking in. On top of that, on the occasions I havent been able to collect my car that day, Ive felt confident that itll be safe in their secure lot. Great service.

This is one of the best and most down-to-earth shops that I found in Memphis. Unlike a lot of other European shops, they give you more than a great price without the European up charge like most other shops do!

This was my first time taking my car to these guys. They were referred by another local mechanic whom I have always taken my cars. The service was FANTASTIC! What a great experience. This place is pretty quick as long has you set an appointment and they are very nice. Your car will be wash after the service is done but they only work on foreign cars.

Fast, friendly and fair.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They act nice to your face, but they are crooks. Don’t be fooled. They installed a faulty fuel pump for $821. When the car continued to not start and left us stranded on a road trip we took it to another mechanic who replaced the fuel pump. Again. For another $800. Midtown wouldn’t refund our money for the labor or parts. Despite the fact that we told them for months that we didn’t think the “new” pump was working properly. Don’t trust these people. Take your business elsewhere.

Been going here for 3.5 years for my Mercedes. I first heard about them when I asked around bc the dealership wanted to charge me $700 to replace a headlight. Turns out I just had some faulty wiring in my parking light and they fixed it no charge. I’ve been going there ever since. Spent a good deal of money over the years bc I know I can trust them. They’re fast, reliable, and trustworthy. Can’t recommend them enough.

This place is like a sanctuary for your automobile, it free one from the high cost of the Dealer. The mechanics are certified to work on the automobiles they services. Management and service is friendly and reliable, and guarantees their work.

I rarely post reviews, but I have to give this company a shout out. Grant at Midtown Autowerks is a rare find. I called because I thought my alternator was going bad. He took my name and number to call me back, which he did. Then he talked to me about the issue and said it sounds like the battery. I told him I would try auto zone. He then texted me to recommend OReilly on Summer and gave me the name of someone to help me. Truly above and beyond. Just WOW! Thank you Grant. You restored my faith in humanity on a day I really needed it to be restored! I will definitely use Midtown AutoWerks if I ever need service or repairs in the future.

I took my car in because I had vibration coming for it, and they still havent fixed it, but I have paid for plenty of other things, but still have not fixed what I initially brought it in for. They made no attempt to make things right, but constantly found things to charge me for. DONT BRING YOUR LUXURY CAR HERE!!!!!!

Wasted money just so they could keep guessing what the problem was with my vehicle. Told me to try to drive the problem out after having my car 2 1/2 weeks. Now my car runs worse than when I originally brought it in (cuts off randomly in traffic now). Dont waste your time or money here.
