Quans did a great job with my Nissan. The staff was very friendly and finished my car quickly. They called me with the issues and the estimate in the morning and it was done that afternoon. I will be taking my car to Quans from now on.

Harris and his team are great at what they do. After working for a local Toyota dealership for a few years and moving his way up to running the shop, he decided to start his own shop.Quon Auto Service was recommended to me by a friend who bought Toyotas because he had a respectable shop in town he trusted when it needed work.Read the reviews and see these guys are the best in town for a fair price and excellent work at a trustworthy shop.

Its a family atmosphere, friendly staff, and all the mechanics used to work for Toyota themselves. The prices are affordable and if youre going to make an appointment I advise to book it at least a week in advance. They stay pretty busy.

I have been taking my various Toyota Camry models to this place for over 20 years starting first with a 1989 model then 2000, 2001 and 2008 models. I have received honest, quality service with very reasonable rates each time and would recommend without question. I also had Harris check out a Camry I was considering purchasing from a private owner. For no charge he quickly identified a few issues I would have never caught.

Harris was recommended to me by a friend of mine, so many years ago I cant remember how long Ive been coming here. But once was enough to tell me that I had found my mechanic and that I was never going anywhere else. When they fix something, thats it, you wont have to go back for a re-do. When I was ready to buy a new car I knew that I was going to buy a make that Harris works on, Nissan, Toyota, etc. It was important that I keep Harris Quon Auto vs buying a domestic that he doesnt service. No inflated prices, tricks or scams here. Just good, honest, fairly-priced work done here. And Harriss Dad is an added bonus at the desk: funny and good advice on many things.

This place is honest. Simple. Wolfchase Nissan quoted me $2200, without taxes, for a job that didnt need to be done. As a lady, I second-guess mechanics because Im not educated about cars, especially foreign. So I took it to Harris and he did the repair: less than $160, including the $70 tow bill. The dealership was completely off. Thats a big difference. My car is still running great and we have a new mechanic. And DONT take your car to Wolfchase Nissan, ladies.

Sadly I havent use Harris much now since I bought a new Toyota truck a few years back, but my elderly mom still does even just for oil changes and maintenance. We (my cousins too) have used Harris since the early 1990s. Harris always told me, us, to put off repairs until... or not worry about something, until something else started going wrong. I sent a co-worker over there a year ago with a brake light issue he couldnt fix with bulbs or fuses. Harris cleaned the connectors and would not charge him. I just bought a 1975 Toyota FJ40 and plan to take it to Harris for all the work.

You wont find a more honest mechanic than Harris. Ive faithfully used him for over 15 years. They do great work, theyre fast, thorough, and they wont cheat you out of money. There are way too many places thatll take advantage of you these days and thats a shame. Harris Quon isnt one of them. Take your business there with confidence.

I recently moved to the Memphis area and had my oil changed at a Meineke Dealer. They told me I needed a new gasket valve on my Toyota Tundra as well as some other repairs. The cost estimate was over $700. I decided to get a second opinion.Harris Quon was recommended by a friend and I called them to inspect my vehicle.Harris Quon arranged an appointment the next day & my car was in the shop for an inspection in just a few minutes. They told me that there was no leaking oil at all and my vehicle was in great shape overall. He did not charge me for the inspection and was very helpful and professional.We have two Toyotas and will definitely become a regular customer at Harris Quon. I recommend them to anyone who owns a Toyota or Nissan.

Based on these stellar reviews and knowing that my late Dad relied on Harris Quon Auto Service for his Toyotas, I sent My Mom and her Nissan Murano to them with what seemed like an electrical system going haywire with several warnings at once, including scary skid marks and brake-light warnings, among others. She was told a month or so ago at Wolfchase Nissan that she was in danger with the one warning she was getting at that time and that she needed to leave the car with them and they were going to charge her just to have it diagnosed! She left knowing better as Wolfchase Honda and Nissan, and lots of other places always seem to have a list of stuff you need fixed when you just go for an oil change that will run you in the hundreds and more but not Harris Quon. He reset the electricals, topped off the brake fluid, and told her to come back when she needs an oil change again and he would replace the rear brakes. He charged her nothing. Folks, this is how you do business. You look out for the best interest of your customer and you invest in them as a client and you dont try to scare them unnecessarily, and do unnecessary stuff to their car just so you can separate them from their money as fast as possible. There are not many businesses out there that look out for their customers like this so if you have a Toyota or Nissan, you can fully trust your service needs to Harris Quon--you will get a fair and honest deal and will be told the truth and not lies. I agree with all the five-star reviews here where folks took the time to explain and the only one I dont agree with is the three-star one with zero explanation behind it. Everyone else is raving about Harris Quon and rightly so.
