Kerry is simply an angel. I was driving a BMW X6M from Cali to DC then Id an engine light in Tennesse and stopped by their shop. Kerry went extra miles in his customer service! This guy is the epitome of kindness and dedication. Besides the engine light, he helped me fill my tank with the big gallon that Id in the car, he didnt care having his hands dirty with gas (I didnt know how to operate the gas container). I have been a customer of Alpine for over 20 years. John and his team are the only people in Memphis that work on my BMWs other than me. I was referred here when I bought my first BMW by the BMWCCA Chapter leadership. Over the past 20 years, Alpine has serviced my E24, E30, E36 M3, E34, E39, and my E23 745i. They are conscientious, knowledgeable and honest.

Just bought a used Mini Cooper and only got 1 key for the vehicle. Bought 2 new keys and had them the next day, which is great if you lost your keys. Really helps to have an expert thats not the dealership.

I took my car in to Alpine after having a blown engine replaced with salvage engine. After the engine was replaced, the vehicle lacked performance power and displayed a number of fault codes to include a periodic Drive Tran Malfunction warning. A local foreign repair shop diagnosed the problem as being a bad Valvetronic Motor Sensor, but indicated they preferred not to tear my engine apart to make the repair. At that point I took the vehicle to another local repair shop and explained the problem and they referred me to Alpine and suggested that they were the best in the business when it came to BMW diagnostics and repairs. From day one the professionalism and communications with the team at Alpine was second to none which I felt good about taking my car in for repairs. While several expensive repairs were recommended after the diagnostics, I must admit wasn’t expecting to have to spend so much money to get my car repaired. I also have to admit that I trusted the team there at Alpine that they had identified the problem and were only recommending needed repairs. Again, I can’t say enough about the communications and professionalism from start to finish with the team that included Jasmine, Denise and Kerry. While the repairs ended up costing me a lot more than what I expected to have to pay to get the power and performance problems fixed, I picked my vehicle up knowing that my problems started with the purchase of a salvage engine to wasn’t exactly compatible to my vehicle and using a mechanic to installed the engine that wasn’t certified in diagnostics and maintenance these sophisticated vehicles. While most shops refused to go behind someone else work, the team at Alpine was up to and took on the challenge.

Alpine was recommended by a friend. After a very frustrating discussion with the local BMW dealer and another independent repair shop, I decided to give Alpine a shot. I had the entire convertible top system on my Z4 replaced. I knew it was a difficult job. I dropped the car off on Sunday evening, put the key in the slot and on Tuesday, I was called to say my car was ready. The front office staff was as nice as anyone Ive ever run into in the car business. They took the time to inspect everything in my car. Made recommendations on what maintenance issues needed attention. When I got to my car I realized they had cleaned and detailed the interior and exterior. I am very pleased with this whole experience. I will definitely use them in the future to maintain my BMW.

Extremely professional and stayed on top of updating me anytime there was a substantial update on ordered parts, warranty, schedule, etc. so I never had to wonder what was going on. Would definitely recommend. They are wonderful to work with and always get my car done (oil change, new battery, etc) quickly, and always go above and beyond cleaning my car after any service. Everyone who works there is very friendly, and are not pushy with additional repairs (they suggest things that may need completed in the near future, but are very honest with what needs done immediately and what repairs can wait.)

I was referred to Alpine Autoworks by another repair shop that no longer repaired BMWs. I took my BMW in because my a/c went out. It was blowing hot air. The service man Mike took care of my car and Denise was excellent with communicating with me regarding the status of my car. They kept my car for more days than expected but they wanted to make sure the issue and other issues were resolved. Im a single mother and many times repair shops overcharge who they feel are vulnerable, but the people at Alpine made me feel that customers come first. I will be a repeat customer.

My 328 had transmission issues that prevented car from starting. Had it towed on Sunday and they had to diagnosed by mid afternoon. Turned out to be minor fix. Quality work every time

I would highly recommend Alpine Autoworks. The people there are friendly and honest. They will explain in detail about your car. They will even suggest fixes that can wait or not required at this time despite what your car’s computer is saying. Alpine will take Roadshow’s coupons and the prices are comparable or better. They may not have the fancy showroom or coffee, but at least they are transparent and won’t try to sell you something your car doesn’t need.

I had a misfire on Cylinder 5 and 6 on my E92 N54. Alpine hooked me up with new injectors coil packs and spark plugs. I’m back to burning rubber again thanx to Alpine. 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
