I brought my Dodge Nitro in for a Sunroof glass replacement.The service was quick as well as the price being reasonable.Upon receiving my vehicle back, the sunroof no longer opened, there is a tear in the window tint on my passenger side window, and the pillar cover was not even placed back!I spoke with the receptionist as well as the technician and all they kept telling me was to CALM DOWN.The technician said it must have been like that before you brought it in.There is NO WAY POSSIBLE I wouldnt notice a rip in 5% tint!My pillars were both in place when I brought it, and besides the glass being cracked, the sunroof was FULLY FUNCTIONAL.This is absolutely the WORST experience i have had and I regret doing business here.

Absolutely amazing. My back windshield went out and there was glass everywhere! Not only did they replace it within an hour they vacuumed all the glass from my car. Will be coming back again.

ASTRO GLASS Replaced a window regulator in my 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. They Broke the latch/connector that operates the outside door handle. I took it back for two re-connections. Was told after the second repair (still at no charge as was told under warranty) that a part would need be ordered if it comes apart again. Now it has indeed come apart again and they refuse to honor their what was initially WARRANTY WORK and completely refuse to properly repair it proving them as DISHONORABLE. Meanwhile I am stuck out in the rain having to open the rear door, step up into the van, open the driver door, get back out, shut the rear door, then get up in the van to drive.......UNPROFESSIONAL, PETTY, UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNCONCERNED, DOES NOT STAND BEHIND OR HONOR THEIR WORK OR THEIR OWN WORD. COULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
