Tom Martins is a wonderful Memphis business and Mr. Martin himself is as professional and courteous as you would ever want from a business owner. I started using Tom Martins when I worked downtown for all the bumps, dents, and occasional collision, that my two teenagers and I had over the years. When my office moved out east, I continued to take my cars to them despite the distance. I just feel I can trust them to give me a fair price and I have always been extraordinarily pleased with their work.

They did a great job on my car. I am very pleased with the work and it was incredibly clean when I got it back. Such nice people, too!

If I could give Tom Martin and his crew 10 stars, I would. My car was fixed beautifully and quickly and returned to me cleaner than I left it (an unexpected bonus). The price was fair and the staff friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Tom Martin is a high recommend.
